We had an absolutely incredible experience at The Maplewood in Richfield Springs. The meat literally melted in our mouths — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere was amazing, cozy yet elegant, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.
The owner was so kind and gave us a phenomenal tour of the property, which made the experience feel extra special and personal. If you have an event coming up, I highly recommend hosting it here — the setting and hospitality would make any occasion unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back!

The Estate at Maplewood is a walk through history. The grounds and buildings are lovely. Take a minute to enjoy the surroundings and atmosphere. Small or large groups are accommodated. We had a large group, and our service provider was terrific and helpful with meal recommendations. The wine selection was limited. We’d like to see them expand their offerings. The eats were cooked to order, and special requests were accommodated. With a large group, they delivered timely and ensured our meals met specifications. The group agreed they’d make this a repeat location. The meals across the group were good.

This is a really great place, but you definitely have to get there early on. By the time we arrived, the buffet had run out of food and several items were 86’d. With that’s said, the food we ordered was excellent!
The service was really good and put waiter, Austin, was really friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us regularly.
Overall, this was a great experience! I definitely plan on going back to try the buffet someday soon.

We had the fish fry last night! It was fantastic! Came with two sides and it was a generous portion! The pork nachos were fabulous! The owner was able to accommodate even though they were going to be very busy. The waitress was very attentive!

We went here with a big group after our small wedding ceremony, we booked the back room and John made everything so easy. They were extremely accommodating, he lent us chairs for our actual ceremony which was above and beyond. The room is beautiful and classic, with older details and the grounds are gorgeous.
Tina was our waitress, and when the music went out she had her son bring a speaker from their home so we could connect. I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service each and every person we interacted with offered. I will continue to come back here. The food was delicious as well. I highly recommend the estate at maplewood , you can’t go wrong!

This is a very warm, welcoming home that has been restored beautifully. From the moment we walk through the door to when we were leaving, we felt like family. Plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. Fun and inventive specials. The food was delicious, the staff very attentive and the atmosphere relaxing. I will definitely be back! Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

A very nice place to host a wedding. The outdoor ceremony was well done and well appointed. The indoor reception was nicely done and even in the cold of Autumn, they had heaters everywhere and a fireplace. The food was tasty and the desserts were scrumptious.

So disappointed in this place. It was recommended by the folks at the state park and the building and grounds are beautiful. The dining area left a lot to be desired with wire containers with mustard and ketchup on the tables felt like a roadside diner. There were benches along the wall and a coat rack. Some attention to the decor would go far. The Salmon I ordered was raw and the Jack Daniel’s glaze was watery and not flavorful at all. This place has so much potential bur sadly it’s not meeting it at all. Do better.
