This is my go to place for a snowball when I come into town. Came here a few times this summer but this last time wasn’t the best. I explained to them and they offered to make me a new one. As I declined they refunded me my money. Look forward to coming back next year! Thanks for making it right.

Prices are high for a waffle cone and it changes depending on who’s working but I do love the chocolate ice cream and I go on a rant for them until they close up for the year. That’s another good thing about this place. They stay open waaaay longer in the colder months than any place else. Like end of October. And it the only snowball stand that I even go too . Every place else sucks so I’d rather Pay crazy money for a place that has awesome soft serve chocolate .

Lots of great options including shaved ice and soft serve. We came to try the halo halo, which was a bit pricey but fun. Nice seating area with some shade on a hot day.

Horrible experience. Served my gf a 6 dollar ice cream and all she got was the top of the lid filled up and flipped upside down. I don’t know if they didn’t hear me but I asked for medium and got this container instead. Tasted like a McDonald’s ice cream anyway. Save your money and get one at McDonald’s. They’ll give you a bigger portion too. Also this place is cash only. Never going back. A shame too b.c I’m so close to it
