I frequently shop At the bravo and never noticed the restaurant that Escobar kitchen. So I took a chance and made an order. There was a guy Chris who was there that I didn’t realize worked at that restaurant telling me that I wouldn’t regret going to try the food there. So I gave it a chance and.The lady Mary came out and helped me with the order and the decision on what to choose. I am absolutely glad that I did. So she suggested a fan favorite, which is called the Escobar roll.
Then that guy Chris came back and he was the actual chef that made the roll so I watched him in real time created, and I was definitely pleased with each layer that was added to the roll. As soon as I got into my car, I tried this dish and I was a blown away. It was absolutely amazing. The flavors from the sauces to taste in the plantain to the avocado to the meat. You could taste each individual even though you’re eating it all together. I must say that I will definitely stop at the restaurant the Escobar kitchen inside of bravo every single time I go to bravo.

Thought it was a sit down restaurant but it turned out to be more like an express type of service. Food was good service was good also. Did not notice that it was inside a supermarket until we got there and the GPS told us. Would have like to be able to sit and enjoy my meal served on a plate.

I came to Escobar Kitchen around 3:30 PM and ended up waiting over 40 minutes to place my order because the employees were on a break. It would be really helpful if the hours on Google Maps were updated so people don’t waste their time waiting. Ordered the Mar & Tierra sushi roll and the General Tso ribs because I kept seeing great reviews on TikTok… not worth the hype 🙁

The food was really good. My only complaint is the portion size. The rice is more like a side than an entree. I understand there’s meat in the rice, although more yellow rice could have been added to at least give the illusion of it being a full entree.

Escobar Kitchen is an absolute delight. The food is incredibly flavorful, and the service is done with utmost care. I highly recommend trying their special dish.
The only minor concern I have is the location. It’s situated inside a supermarket, which may not be the most ideal setting. However, they’ve managed to find a good spot there.

We drive 30 minutes to get here and it’s totally worth it. Highly recommen Escobar Roll, Neptune Salad and if you are super hungry the Boom Boom roll! Everything is delicious! We will be back again soon!

If there’s one thing I truly respect about any food establishment it is the authenticity they bring to the table, creating something That isn’t commonly found anywhere else and dominating it, and this is what Escobar kitchen has done with their Latin Asian fusion cuisine. They offer sushi rolls with a Latin twist first for example, one of them has skirt steak with shrimp tempura avocado yellow Spanish rice with a whole bunch of sauces, complementing it like the eel spicy mayo chimichurri, amazing! The chef and owner was nice enough to share his story when I asked him How did he come up with such a concept that he pulled off so well as you see from the pictures I took, check out the menu and see for yourself. He is a Mad scientist in a chef coat offering Asian Latin chemistry and has achieved a wonderful formula, make sure to stop by! There is two locations I know of, one in Lake Nona and the one I went to (new one, congrats) was in downtown on Church Street, I can see him opening up a third location in a couple years or less. Me being a talented food business owner myself (Cheesecake Chino’s), I can quickly pick up on passion and talent that others have, I am very critical on others and more critical on myself, so the fact that I’ll take the time to leave a five star review says enough, keep up the good work Escobar!

This is one of the best sushi I’ve ever had. I love the Asian/Latin Fusion of it. The best part is that I am pregnant, and since they are 100% cooked I could eat them with no worries. Not only that, the owner himself came to the table to bring us our food and to make sure everything was how we ordered. I recommend this restaurant 100% !!!! The freshness and flavor of the food, the service and the cleanliness is top. I definitely will go back!

Fantastic service. They are so warm and welcoming here and that alone would make it a great place to eat. The food puts it over the top though. This is going to be a destination place anytime I am in Orlando!
It’s so easy to miss being inside a supermarket but don’t let that stop you.
Go here
Get the food
Be happy!

The Escobar kitchen is located inside the bravo supermarket off Narcoossee Road in Lake Nona. Nice size sushi bar. There’s sushi are huge and filling. priced reasonably and quite a few of variety. You will definitely enjoy if you like sushi with a twist of Latin. If you like Latin fusion sushi place by the Florida mall this is somewhat similar just bigger portions.
