Amazing Latin Asian fusion at The Escobar Kitchen in downtown Orlando! The creative sushi rolls (beef, avocado, crispy bits, killer sauces) were packed with bold fresh flavors, nothing like standard sushi. Cool vibe with moody lights, awesome murals, and great energy. Definitely recommend for something unique. Added pics, will be back!

When I saw “Latin Asian fusion” I knew I had to try this place, and it did not disappoint!! The sushi was unlike anything I’d ever seen — the one I got (Escobar roll) had yellow rice and churrasco, and it was unbelievably tasty! We also ordered a side of fried rice which was super good as well. Staff was very attentive and friendly as well. A definite neighborhood gem!

would recommend this place—it was insanely good. Each location has the same menu, though some locations offer a smaller selection with the same dishes. The food was excellent. The service was a little slow, but the entire place at this location was very clean.

The makis at The Escobar Kitchen were absolutely amazing! I tried three rolls, and each one had its own unique flavor:

• The Escobar Roll: perfectly balanced, with fresh and bold flavors.
• The Mar y Tierra Roll: my favorite! A perfect combination that tastes really special and different.
• The Paisa Roll: such a delightful surprise, full of flavor with a unique touch that makes it unforgettable.

Overall, a delicious experience that I totally recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Waooo! If there were more stars, I’d give it a 10. Gaby and Christian were very friendly and gave us 10/10 service. The churrasco rice with sweet plantain is the best I’ve ever tasted, along with the Paisa Sushi and the Mar y Tierra Sushi, which were delicious. To top it off, the 3 leches dessert was delicious. I would come back every day of my life. I 100% recommend them.

Incredible Latin-Asian fusion – bursting with unexpected, perfectly balanced flavors. Every bite was a wow moment that made us want to close our eyes and just savor. Found it by chance right before heading home, and it felt like a gift. One of the best rolls I’ve had in my life. Truly memorable!

Found this place while downtown Orlando and we are so happy we did. The idea of a Caribbean/Asian fusion was intriguing and we had to try it. We had the Caribbean, Snow White, and Dragon rolls. They were so delicious and presentation was impressive. Flavors were great. Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable where we could actually talk. We Will definitely be back again.

Service and attention were good. Staff were very nice and extremely attentive. We went around lunch time, it was a quieter crowd. Food was good, portions were perfect but cream cheese over powered a few of the rolls. We tried, Miami, Pollo Loco, Snow White and the Escobar Roll. Food plating was on point and they were rather quick with bringing the food out.

I’d say biggest down fall is that they do not offer the full menu at the downtown location. We were wanting to try a few appetizers we saw only but they are only offered at the Lake Nona location.

I’d still give them a shot if you are looking for alternative sushi options. I can see the vision they were going for and respect the execution. Just lighten up on the cream cheese.

The place is small but packs a big punch. Delicious food, great staff and overalll chill vibe. Great place to meet up with friends and enjoy good food or as we did celebrate a graduation. Super accommodating with our groups food allergies. My top picks were the Mar y Tierra and The Escobar Tower (the steak was perfection!).
