This bakery is absolutely a Colorado must try! Should be everyone’s go to for baked goods. Their croissant breakfast varieties are superb and beyond anything I’ve ever tasted. Very fluffy, flakey, and delicious. I plan to try their entire menu and know I’ll definitely be ordering all future party desserts and birthday cakes here. 10/10 Brookfield’s little secret gem that everyone needs to know about!

As I was leaving work, I wondered how this bakery got so many reviews and such high ratings. Then I walked into the bakery and found out why. Delicious fresh bread cakes, warm and lovely staff busy making bread like a family. I waited a while to swipe my card because of the internet and was surprised to be presented with a very lovely pastry. Frankly, I’ve only been in Colorado for 10 days, but this store has already warmed my heart twice. I hope everyone who reads this review or walks into this bakery feels as happy and joyful as I did while eating the strawberry cake. You guys have made my day!

Stopped by here on our road trip to get breakfast and was excited by the name of this bakery. It truly is an enchanted oven. Wonderful customer service and yummmy breakfast sandwich- we had the egg and sausage croissant and the mozzarella and tomato croissant sandwich, both tasted like enchantments with flaky and savory flavors. Was also very impressed with the beef curry bun. If I lived close to this place I would definitely be visiting more often!

This place is so good! I came a few weeks ago for the first time. The ladies were so sweet! The owner asked me if it was my first time and because it was close to closing time she gave me two free cream cheese cinnamon roll cruffins which were amazing! I heated them up like she recommended !! I also got the tomato and cheese crossiant. I love Japanese bakeries and this one is amazing ❤️

THE best Japanese bakery around here. They perfect the traditional Japanese bakery goods like red beans bun (an-pan), cookie bun (melon pan), and the pain au Chocolat (chocolate croissant). And let me tell you about their oh so delicious curry bun (curry pan). Soft yet crunchy on the outside, moist and chewy dough on the inside, and that curry inside is like liquid gold… I have yet to taste their cakes but I hear they are equally exquisite.

This Woman-Owned Japanese bake shop will definitely be in your list of Go-To’s. When I first set foot here, I was offered free samples immediately which really sold me on the mochi donuts. I tried the Gluten Free Hawaiian Butter Mochi Cakes and they did not disappoint! It has become my weekly staple! Their jiggly cheesecake was both amusing and amazing (I wish I had taken a video!) so I definitely recommend that as well.
