Amazing empanadas filled with meat not air like most places. Seasoned well and distinct from each kind you get. I stop in everything I see her and it’s been better than any empanada I’ve had in Jax. Look at this photo this is chicken filled to the sides with meat and expertly seasoned. An added plus is that each one is made fresh unlike the frozen king you see elsewhere

I tried this truck last year and have tried to go whenever i’m around the area again! Sadly i keep missing it haha. The food was soooo DELICIOUS. Delicious homemade empanadas! I love to stop by and grab some for lunch if I am out and running errands. Everything I have tried here has been amazing! My favorites are the sausage and plantain, guava and cheese, dulce de leche, and regular cheese. My mom also liked the street corn empanada! All of our favorites are from the specials list, which changes daily/weekly. Everything is always hot and freshly made!
The couple that runs the truck is so friendly and kind, and their prices are great! You can pay around $7 for two empanadas.
The location of this stand is perfect because the anchor store in the complex is empty, but it will be nicer to sit outside and enjoy when it’s not quite so hot.
I’ll definitely keep coming back for more!
