Our family favorite is the cinnamon roll. I am a cinnamon roll snob, and these hit the mark EVERY time. They have exactly the right balance of cinnamon and brown sugar to have that fabulous sweet/soft spice. The icing – the absolute BEST I’ve ever had. It’s a whipped, fluffy, light, just sweet enough delight resting atop the perfect sourdough roll in just the right amount so you get some in every bite without skimping.
Occasionally we have had the joy of eating their version of a pretzel dog. Yes they do have savory delicacies on occasion.
Easy to order when the drop hits on Sunday. Order as soon as you can because their treats go fast. They often bake extra loaves for those who might walk in, but ordering ahead ensures you get what you want.
The Brown Butter Oat bread is incredible. When we picked up the bread they had mini waffles with sausage in them that were delicious as well.
The customer service was fantastic with friendly quick pick up and great host to share info about the place.
Heading in, parking is tight but you are in and out super fast. I really can’t wait to try more things from this place.
As someone who’s been a fan of Hunter’s bread in the past, I was thrilled to finally visit The Émeraude Bakery’s new storefront. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the incredible atmosphere and the mouthwatering aroma of freshly baked goods.
What makes this bakery truly special is the passion behind it. The owners are not just bakers, but true artisans who pour their heart and soul into every item they create. It’s evident in the warm smiles, engaging conversations, and the palpable sense of community within the bakery.
I was lucky enough to discover they were hosting a coffee class during my visit – something I’m definitely looking forward to attending in the future! Despite being relatively new, the bakery already has a line of eager customers, which is a testament to the quality and appeal of their baked goods.
The authentic passion, incredible baked goods, and welcoming environment make The Émeraude Bakery a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!
They’ve maximized a tiny renovated space on a busy street and paid attention to every detail. The bread is insanely delicious — served hot and fresh — and their ordering and pickup process is simple and efficient.
This isn’t a coffee-and-chat hangout spot, and maybe that’s where some people get confused. It’s bread — done exceptionally well.
The owner, Hunter, is so kind and clearly knows what he’s doing with dough! Our sourdough sandwich loaf was incredible and we will DEFINITELY be buying more. We took it home and ate it warm with Irish butter.
I *highly* recommend you order ahead of time on the website! We almost didn’t get bread because we didn’t know that we were supposed to order ahead. I’m so glad to see our local community supporting a new business, and I hope Emeraude sticks around.
I had the breakfast sourdough biscuit sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese, and it was absolutely divine. The sourdough biscuit is a masterpiece—flaky, buttery, and baked to savory perfection. Every bite had the perfect balance of crispy edges and tender center, with the savory fillings coming together in the most comforting way. It’s the kind of breakfast sandwich that instantly makes your day better.
And let’s talk about their OG sourdough bread—it’s simply next-level. Crusty, chewy, and full of that deep, developed flavor only true artisanal sourdough can deliver. You can tell it’s crafted with patience, skill, and heart.
What made the whole experience even more special was the owner, Hunter. He’s incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can genuinely feel his passion for the craft. He brings such positive energy that makes you want to stay a little longer and come back often.
Émeraude isn’t just a bakery—it’s a love letter to great bread and good people. 10/10, highly recommend! I live for reviews like this because places like this deserve to be celebrated. Can’t wait to come back for more!
