I have lived here 12 years and this is my first visit. I like making breakfast myself, so we rarely go out for that meal.
An older diner that delivers some great breakfast. Retro booths, tables and stools at the counter. Lots of antique stuff hanging up.
I ordered the biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs. It comes with some really crispy hash browns.
The eggs were great, soft and fluffy with no browning. The plates were warm, a big plus for me, since it keeps the food hot. The biscuit was fresh and the gravy good and creamy.
First time I have been in the place and will be back,. Christina did a nice job.

The egg factory makes good food. Their service is great, albeit busy. As one of the best places for breakfast in Nampa, I’d recommend them, though you may have to park in a nearby lot rather than their own.

Came here while I’m in town visiting and was blown out of the water with how amazing the food tasted. The service and atmosphere was cozy grandma’s kitchen vibe which I absolutely love. Portions were very generous. I’m not sure that anything came out of a bag or freezer as far as their food went, it all tasted so original and homemade. Also it wasn’t outrageous on price either! I would have happily paid double what we were charged, that’s what I was honestly expecting. 10 out of 10, will definitely be back.

Satisfying, but pretty uneventful. It hit the spot, but nothing special. I got the Cinna-Burst French Toast and it was not very flavorful, but good with syrup. Also, not a big deal, but no mimosas which was a bummer.

The food was good. Other than the Lemon Poppy-seed pancakes, the food was tasty and plentiful, but nothing special. The Lemon Poppy-seed pancakes were VERY special, however. Service good. Establishment was clean.

Pros- Our server, Cherie, was cheerful and expedient. The table was clean and well stocked. Our food arrived promptly. All the orders were large portions, and everyone was happy with what they ordered. I got the Taco Salad, which was beautiful, delicious, and had plenty of ingredients. Everything tasted fresh. Coffee was hot and unending with plenty of creamer for all.
Cons- Parking could be more plentiful, but that is to be expected when they are busy. Also, I wish they still offered buckwheat pancakes! Please bring them back to your menu.
I would happily return again as it was a great dining experience. It is obvious that this restaurant is a staple of the community and is well loved by all.
