We celebrated our anniversary on a Friday night at this fantastic restaurant overlooking Palm Springs. The atmosphere was outstanding, elegant yet relaxed, and made the evening feel truly special.
Our server, Raphael, was exceptional. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us time to enjoy the moment, and his care elevated the entire experience into something genuinely memorable.
The food was outstanding. One of the best filet mignons I’ve ever had, cooked perfectly, and my wife absolutely loved her halibut. For appetizers, the tartare and the calamari seafood mix are must-tries.
Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone seeking more than just a meal, this is a true culinary experience.

By far my favorite steak place in low desert! We will return for sure. The bread was so freaking good here. Also they gave us some treat like smoking whiskey and oysters. Service was excellent. 45 days dry aged ribeye steak was really good. Strawberry cheesecake was good! Maybe wish they have cauliflower or cream spinish for the side on the menu.

Ask for a table near the window for the View
The food was disappointing the service excelllent and views great The scallops were very spicy. Both people at our table returned them as they overdosed on cayenne pepper. Himachi excellent. Needed a bit of lemon. The octopus risotto was very good but a little tuff (overcooked). The scallops were replaced with sea bass which was very good but not a wow either.
The lemon drop I ordered specific for Belvedere vodka was not good and 70% full glass

What an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable~ perfect for a special dinner or a relaxing evening out. The service was absolutely top-notch~ attentive, friendly, and professional throughout.
The food was outstanding! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. You can really tell the chef puts passion into every plate. From the perfectly cooked steak to the delicious sides, everything was just spot on.
Edge Steakhouse is truly a gem in Rancho Mirage~ great ambiance, great service, and amazing food. Can’t wait to come back! ✨

AMAZING. The Edge is serious all around top notch restaurant. The first thing you see when you get to the restaurant is the view over the whole city a distant mountains. Shortly after, even before the food, the service staff is notable (in a good way) making sure everything is perfect. They call you by your name, getting drinks started, serving a sample of their signature drink. Once the food is ordered it comes out scheduled to your pace of eating. It was noticeable they pay extra attention to that. Well done service staff! As for the food, I would give the filet an honorable mention. It was totally worthy. We spent over four hours at the restaurant and never once felt rushed. It reminded us of going to a restaurant in Italy where you go and the table is yours for the night. You never fell rushed.

It was a lovely dinner high up, looking over the Coachella Valley. We got there before sunset to see the valley with shimmering lights.

This is the place to have a celebratory dinner or when you want to have a very special dinner prepared by a Chef whose abilities create cuisine that will have you looking at your dining partner and saying, “Wow.”

Each dish seemed to have a twist that caused us to ask our host, “How did she prepare this?”

Loved everything about our experience there.

This is the second time my family and I have visited The Edge, and once again the experience was excellent. The staff’s professionalism is truly top tier. This includes Chef Nyitre Rodgers who is also an absolute professional. There was a delay with our food order. We didn’t even notice. Chef personally came to our table to apologize which was greatly appreciated. The food is phenomenal, and this is a place we will happily return to time and time again.

We went for dinner when the restaurant opened for sunset. So happy to have taken some photos outside with the beauty of the mountains behind us. The service at The Edge was top notch. Honestly I haven’t had such good service in years! Thank you Andrea for making our dinner so wonderful. And a big thanks to the other wait staff! Food was delicious and the blood orange margarita was so good! Can’t wait to visit again.
