Start to finish, my family and I enjoyed this meal immensely! Cheese fondue. Angel hair pasta, goolash soup. Profound. Oh and don’t forget they start you off with in house made pretzels that are phenom!! Life at The Edge. I may or may not have eaten…a little too much.

Fantastic experience! I walked in solo with no reservation and just sat at the bar. They were clearly slammed and understaffed, but I was in no hurry and enjoyed a fantastic meal and friendly conversation with a great couple who work there together.
The food was fabulous and I really have nothing but praise. I guess reservations are recommended.

The Edge has the best happy hour menu in Snowmass. The goulash was excellent as well as the cocktail of the day. Both the waitstaff and the bartender were super helpful and nice. Very good music too

We had a great time eating outdoors at the Edge Restaurant in Snowmass Village. They serve authentic German food, and we loved it, especially the fondue. The service was amazing as well. We will definitely return next time during ski season!

This is the best place to eat in Aspen. The wait staff was considerate, the atmosphere was perfect and the German food was some of the best I’ve had. I got the red deer, schnitzel, brats, potato pancakes, mussels, and apple strudel. All good choices. Make sure you take the opportunity to get here on your visit to Aspen. You will not be disappointed!

Because of construction, it was a bit difficult to find the restaurant But well worth the effort as the food was amazing. There were six of us the first time we went there and everyone loved the drinks and the food. The trout and Wienerschnitzel were big hits with our group. We went back to other times this summer, once sat at the bar to watch a baseball game and again the food and service was very good. Don’t miss this hidden treasure of a restaurant.

Went for their dinner course for October fest, it was interestingly good. Bier cream soup give a hit start; white fish truffle sausage does not feels like a sausage but I love seafood so that’s great; the pork shanks is just the best . Regular menu looks great as well need to go another time.

Schnitzel was pretty good. Should’ve asked for more sauce. Friend got two brauts and said they were excellent. Everyone else around us was getting the fondue. Maybe that’s the play next time!
