Unbelievable! I see why the parking lot was full! The food & the service was excellent. We always come to Wichita for business but fail to take time out to try the restaurants. So this time, my husband and I decided to do breakfast. We chose The Easy Egg Breakfast & Lunch on 5700 W. Kellogg Dr. We went on a Sunday morning around 10:30am. It was packed but we only had a 15 minute wait; which wasn’t bad. And the wait was worth it! The food was awesome and you MUST try the fried biscuits w/caramel sauce! If you love spicy foods, you have to order the Jalapeno Skillet! If you’re a vegetarian, my husband said you have to order the veggie omelet! We also tried the Banana Bread French Toast which was an interesting concept yet tasty! If you like thick French toast, then order the Banana Bread French Toast. Our server Danielle, was awesome! Great customer service and she provided some great options for us to try!

Went to the easy egg today because I have heard a lot of good things. It’s definitely an OG dinner feel, which I love. There are two many fancy/ modern restaurants that focus more on the decor than quality of food. There is plenty of parking, the restaurant itself is clean, and there is adequate seating.
We dinned during the breakfast rush. We were immediately greeted with a smile (all the staff seemed to be enjoying themselves and super helpful). I think this goes a long way for a pleasant experience.
They have a menu full of classic but also unique dishes that will draw you in. Fancy French toast, creeps, all kinds of breakfast skillets and bowls. My wife ordered a special (sweet potato bowl) it was fantastic. You will have to go multiple times to try everything you will want to after reading the menu.
The price was good as well. Not too expensive and a great amount of food for the cost.
Clean bathrooms, great customer service, and an overall great experience. Look no further for you go to breakfast dive! Go give it a try today!!

We tried this location and we were immediately seated. We got our drinks quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with a concha-it was free with a latte order-and it was delicious. My husband ordered the chili Verde scrambled, which was delicious, and I ordered the halambre, which was amazing. The portion did seem a little smaller at this location vs the other, but still plenty of food. Great service. A little noisy, but we could still hear eachother talk. $40 for the 2 scrambles, a latte, and a dr pepper.

I LOVE the Easy Egg!
I came a few weeks ago on a mini-vacation to the Rock Rd location. The waitresses were so nice. The food was incredible! Also you can swap your pancakes or toast for their crazy options of french toasts and crepes! I ordered a coffee and soon as I set the cup back on the table there they were to top it off!
I brought my family back to try again and man does it look goooood!
This is my new favorite place. And they just opened a 3rd location closer to me!
Thank you, Daija for serving us today!
People, come and try it!!!

Basic diner atmosphere HOWEVER our server (Myriah) was fabulous! So sweet and brought refills before the cups were empty. My banana bread French toast was so good and the chicken fried steak was tender.

The Easy Egg had friendly service and fantastic food! The menu had so many unique options, but we went with the chilaquiles with steak, Dubai chocolate crepes, and concha French toast—everything was an 11/10. Portions were generous, flavors were amazing, and the presentation stood out. Special shout-out to the manager, Ricardo, who went above and beyond checking in on us and other guests. We’ll definitely be back!

Pleasantly surprised by the menu items! We started off with some atole (traditional hot masa-based beverage from Mexico) and some sweet bread. The chilaquiles were yummy and the portion was hefty. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure!

We have many amazing breakfast options in Wichita and while this one is hard to get to; it’s hard not to love it and put it in the rotation. The kids are spoiled with dessert for breakfast, but I can also enjoy a veggie omelette that actually has veggies instead of nothing but onions. The service is as good as it can be for how busy this place is; it seems to always be packed. We also love when they have their homemade salsa!!

Discovered this Fantastic place near the hotel and I will go back tomorrow. Banana Bread French Toast is a thing! It was more fantastic than I expected! The Jalapeno Chicken omlette was also fantastic, the hollandaise was fresh and the coffee was really good too. If you’re in Wichita Kansas near the Airport take the time to go have a great meal.
