Really loved the space but a little loud for us being by the road with trucks passing by. The service was great. Food was good, a bit rich on some of the dishes. Unfortunately the food took quite a long time to come out in comparison to other places we went. Would recommend to others and would try again. I did love the extra touches with palette cleanser and macaroons for free at the end! Made it great!

After a few days & trying other places on the island & being disappointed… Tonight was truly a delight of an experience & an eatery experience. Location is in the Red Hook strip & parking is uncertain so prepare for a few minutes to find a place to park. The scenery of the restaurant is top notch, you can tell expenses weren’t skipped in delivering a place that feels 5 star. Tonight was our first visit & 10/10 would eat again & recommend to anyone visiting St. Thomas. Heather was our server & she was a delightful personality with excellent customer service skills. Prosecco was delicious, still water for us was great, & the complimentary bread with the homemade butter was A+. We chose the watermelon cold app & the shrimp hot app, both A+ as well. Surprised with a palate cleanser sorbet before main course! My husband chose the NY Strip & I the risotto – I am not a fan of lobster & they kindly obliged my request leaving only shrimp & scallops. We both loved our meals, would order again, & will enjoy the bit of leftovers we have! The dessert was melt in your mouth good!!! I was not told the names of the server assists but they were kind & excellent as well – refilling waters, clearing plates, etc. I really look forward to seeing this place in the daylight on another day. So happy to have found actual quality food & service here. Thank you for the experience

Dinner here was great! KiKi was our server and she was so attentive and on top of it! We ordered the crudo, mussels, and shellfish as an app and the crudo was amazing. For entrees we’d got the lamb chops, whole grouper, and seafood risotto and everything was delicious. The seafood risotto was especially good. Would def come back

Except for the hostess who was a bit rude, the rest of the staff were excellent. The food was well prepared and timed to come out of the kitchen perfectly. The macaroons at the end of the meal was a great touch. The restaurant itself is beautiful

Our favorite restaurant on the island. Ajani was an outstanding waiter and welcomed us intentionally. I would have to recommend the pork belly and the grilled octopus the most. Amazing atmosphere and 10/10 experience.

Bob, Iris and others made this a once in a lifetime experience. We had a lot of dishes from the yellow tail to the wahoo to the wagyu. The drinks were incredible as well. I can’t recommend a better high end restaurant on the islands.

Had dinner at The Easterly in Red Hook and the atmosphere alone makes it worth the visit. It is chic, open air, and right on the water. Our server Malachi was wonderful, attentive, and friendly.
The jerk shrimp tostadas were the highlight of the night. Flavorful, fresh, and something I would come back for again. The lobster in risotto was underwhelming. The flavors did not quite pop and it could have used more of the lobster presence you expect from a dish like that. Same with the scallops, they were tasty but the portion left me wanting more.
Overall it is a beautiful spot with great service and standout small plates. With a little more attention to balance and portions on the mains it could easily be a five star experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening at The Easterly! We made our reservations last minute and were able to secure seats at the bar, which proved to possibly be the best place to sit in the restaurant. The bartender was fantastic – engaging, knowledgeable, and made great conversation throughout our meal.
The food was amazing – every dish that came out exceeded our expectations. The drinks were equally impressive and perfectly crafted. But what really made the night special was the combination of great food and genuine hospitality. The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, and we ended up staying much longer than we planned.
If you’re looking for more than just a meal – if you want an experience with excellent food, creative drinks, and warm conversation – I can’t recommend The Easterly highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!
