We ordered the Club Wrap and Italian Sandwich and Cheese Curds. The food was okay but overpriced with hidden fees. Value was awful for pricing. The burger was $17 and came with a tiny bag of chips. There was a 3 dollar upcharge to get fries! The same amount of cheese curds were $17 dollars! How does it make sense to have an appetizer the same price as a meal? They charged $0.50 for the ranch that says it comes with the cheese curds. I don’t like hidden fees. They also charge you 3% for using a credit card, which they don’t tell you till you get the bill. Save yourself the hassle and try one of the other restaurants nearby or eat at the arena if you’re going to a Wild game. The arena prices are better for the value.
Waitress was nice, although food service was a little slow. The club wrap was a normal size that you would get most places, but also $17.

Came in after an event at the Grand Casino Event center and they were clearly not prepared to have a big crowd. We had to flag down a waitress and they only have two food options (chips and salsa and chips and dip). We got chips and salsa and this terrible looking half plate of broke chips was $16! Never again

We came here on Jan 1st for late night happy hour. We verified with the Bartender that they were indeed doing HH and he confirmed. Upon closing out we did not receive the HH pricing onnour beers or apps. There was also an event auto grat added. There was no event at tje arena on this evening. We questioned the Bartender and he stated there was nothing he could do about and that it’s all pre-programmed into the POS.
We will NOT be returning If this is how the run their business.

Service was good and the waitress was friendly. It took a while for us to get our food, but it was busy and we weren’t in a rush. Food quality was OK; acceptable but also forgettable.
The price was exorbitant for the quantity of food. The menu says burgers come with 2, 3oz patties, so 6oz of meat total. Except that isn’t true of all burgers. My burger had only 1, 3oz patty that was so small I couldn’t even see it between the bread until I started eating (see picture). For $17, I expect more. It didn’t even come with fries to fill me up, those were an extra $3. Instead it came with a bag of store-bought, single-serving chips. In comparison, the overpriced hockey stadium across the street serves “gourmet” burgers with 2, 4oz patties and waffle fries for $14.50. I could have gotten more food for cheaper at a sports game…
We also got some cheese curds, which were also $17. The portions and quality were similar to New Bohemia down the street, except New Bohemia only charges $11. Even the hockey stadium only charges $8.29 for cheese curds,, less than half as much as Eagle Street for similar portions. The menu says it comes with a sauce of choice, but then they charge you another $0.50 for it.
On top of all this there is a 3% surcharge applied for using a credit card that they don’t tell you about until you get the bill. Overall, very shady business practices bordering on false advertising.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went here for an event (2 of us) but arrived early so we could have a quieter dinner beforehand. There were about 10 people in the whole establishment when we got there. The sign said Please seat yourself so we claimed a table at the back and because it’s secluded I went to the bar to ask for a server. The bartender said absolutely no problem I’ll send one back! So we ordered drinks from the waitress no issue and after maybe 10-15 mins she checked back to order food. That’s when the issues started. We waited about 1/2 an hour and watching the kitchen noticed multiple plates of food just sitting in the window. After about 40 mins I went to find the waitress to ask about our meals. She said it’s hard to get food out fast when they have large groups in there. I told her, but when we ordered there were only 10 people in here?. She said she’d check on the food, I sat down. My friend then got up a few minutes later to ask again when we hadn’t heard anything. At that time the bartender had come back to ask how things were going and I was honest and said not well, it had been about 45 mins at this point since we ordered food. He tried using the excuse that they had people afraid to come to work so they were running slower than usual. That’s clearly not a true reason when there STILL were only about 10 people aside from the larger group that had just started trickling in (I know because I was going to be a part of that large group). On top of that, watching the food sit in the window and watching the waitress converse with the bartender frivolously.
Back to the bartender asking me how things were going, my friend comes back and says nope we are leaving. His food sat in the window so long that when the waitress finally decided to bring it, it had cold bacon so she decided to pick up the bun with HER BARE HAND and remove the bacon to replace it with new! How incredibly disgusting that she didn’t wash her hands first or wear gloves and she’s on the floor, touching money or the jukebox or dirty table rags to then touch a customers food! Then she tried to bring my plate over as if I’d trust eating that. If you want to eat nasty touched dirty food then go ahead and eat here. We will not be returning.

Great food, good location. Staff is too busy taking shots and hanging out with their friends to pay attention to their patrons. Fun if you have a bunch of time and patience. Not fun if you’re more sober than the staff.

We stopped before the concert. We weren’t sure what to expect in the new location. I have to say with our high expectations, we were thrilled! Our bartender was so fun! (Skinny, bald guy, we think his name was Jer?) He gave great suggestions on our drinks. He wasn’t bothered by our loud crew, in fact, he celebrated it!
After we got to the concert we’d wished we had just stayed and partied with the bartender instead! Can’t wait to grab some girlfriends and go see him again!

Probably the worst limoncello spritz I’ve had. It should be made with real limoncello, not a premade spritz. It was basically all champagne and soda. The server was great and offered another drink which was nice. We wanted to sit on the patio since it’s 70° outside, but they said the patio was closed for the year which is crazy because it just opened a few weeks ago. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place.

Went there two nights ago. We asked the server about the happy hour and he said the happy hour is listed on the menu so we ordered drinks and food based on that. When we closed out after hh had ended, he rang our stuff in at that time and refused to honor the hh even though we had ordered over an hour before it ended. When we brought it up, we were faced with rudeness and told to contact the manager the next day to have it corrected because he didn’t know how to fix it. Will not be returning.

Took over an hour for our food to arrive. My order was wrong and they never brought me my beer. Couldn’t get the servers attention to get it corrected. Bill was over 100 and thats definitely the last money they will every get from any of us.
