Fantastic food, huge portions. Unless you are sharing, the mini is a full meal! Great prices. Their 100% natural juices are worth the trip alone!

My first experience at this restaurant today was really bad, the food was cold and not what I ordered, the potato salad was not good but I will never go back there again

The two male at the drive through window attitude stinks….definitely the reason y’all losing customers. I would rather go to Chick Fil A where you have a pleasant experience. With the stigma surrounding Jamaican restaurants y’all gotta do better.

I need my money back please. What is this gunk .. looks like a fetus in my drink? The drink was sour, not like lemonade but like spoiled. This is disgusting.

Please please please someone explain to me why the jerk chicken is so damn cold. It’s absolutely disgusting how cold it is.!!! And I’m literally eating it in the car. I just picked it up a minute ago. This is absurd, you wait a whole 30 minutes in the drive-through, for cold food is the most absolutely ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered

Love this place!! The food is always good and the portions are great. Crystal deserves a raise!! I had a mishap with my catering order and she worked quickly to make sure I was able to get a full refund! Will recommend to all my family and friends.

The place was clean which is expected when dealing with Jamaicans. But the service is poor as hell… they are rude and unwelcoming. The people saving the food acted as if it was a problem doing their job and the lady at the register was just as rude. I too am jamaican and love supporting my people. So I come down from. Up north to try different places and leave generous tips. But this place will never get a di.e from me. Now the food was “ok”nit enough gravy and the oxtails could’ve been a little more seasoned. The only appeasing thing I got from there was a coconut water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Room temperature and painfully small oxtail that are devoid of flavor and lacking in personality as if the oxtail had been wasting away on the serving line for two, maybe three days. In these tough economic times for the consumer, it’s as if these chain restaurants, such as Dutch Pot, have forgotten the essence of what made them popular before they got too big for their britches: decent food at a decent price. Those days are apparently, and shamefully, long gone.

I went to the drive through on Commercial Blv, Lauderhill, FL. There display screen showcased the specials. I saw a Fried Chicken with Mac n’ Cheese w/ Drink for $9.95. I asked if I can have the Special with Brown Stew Chicken instead of Fried Chicken. The guy said “It’s called Fried Chicken Friday. We can’t change it.” That did not make sense to me. The Mgr. got involved. She said they could not swap the chicken, she asked if I wanted Rice n’ Pease or White Rice. I reiterrated that I onky wanted the chicken and mac. She told them to give me 4 pieces of Brown Stew with a piece of Mac n’ Cheese and weigh it to give me the price. I never questioned the price. I paid for my order and left. The bag felt pretty light, but whatever. I was appalled when I opened my order to discover that what they sold me were 4 Chicken Knee Caps and a tiney piece if Mac n’ Cheese. No gravy, no drink. When I checked my receipt, I paid more than $18. I could have bought a whole meal for less. I wish I could upload the picture for context.

Come on now, train your servers to say sorry for the long wait then she puts my food in the Containers and tries to give me as little food as possible, gotta learn some courtesy please Jamaican people. I come here all the time, Myself and my grown children we spend money here can we get a little courtesy goodness. The drive through was full of people I got out to drive through then I went inside nobody was in there doing anything was the food not ready ? well then tell your customers “I’m so sorry for the wait but we had to make some more rice and peas we apologize” say something instead of standing around laughing and giggling And taken selfies before Getting off right at the cash register, when your customers are waiting and waiting, This is how you lose customers, You keep customs by showing that you care about your customer’s time, Is this not a business? Peace Mon
