This was our first visit. We had barely walked inside and one of the patrons bought our first round of beers. This bar is smaller but it does have a pool table, TVs and a karaoke stage. There is also plenty of outdoor seating. The staff is very friendly, in fact, everyone was friendly. We ordered a patty melt, nachos and a basket of seasoned fries (which were real potatoes). Everything was great except the fries had a bit too much seasoning on them. This place is a bit of a drive to get to but was worth the drive. We will definitely go back again and will recommend that you give it a try as well. FYI the kitchen is open till 10 during the week.

The Dusty Saddle Saloon is a great bar, l wish bars were like this in Australia. The staff (Jenifer) and patrons were so friendly, we were there for the potluck Monday, John made an awsome chilley, but there were so many options. Beers were cold and very reasonably priced.

The Outsiders-Bike Family had a great time. We started our group ride in Corpus Christi and The Dusty Saddle Saloon was our destination. We Shot some pool, had a great lunch, and the bartender was friendly and helpful. Loved sitting outside on the porch. Everyone was super friendly and we made some new friends. This is a great little place in a beautiful part of Texas and we will definitely be back!

One of our favorite stops while cruising around the lake on the weekend. They always have plenty cold refreshments and tasty food. You can sit inside or outside. There is always something going on there any time of the day.

By my wife’s suggestion, the two of us, out of state tourists in Texas, stopped to grab something to eat.
We walked in and conversations stopped. A quick read of the room told me that probably everyone knows everyone in there and we were sticking out like a sore thumb.
The bartender lady provided good service to us and the patrons were polite enough to not come out and ask us where we’re from, although I suspect that might be a question they’ve debated.
The food was good and they specially accommodated my wife’s vegetarian preferences, which was appreciated.
I rate the “atmosphere” 5/5, as such an encounter with the locals doesn’t get any more authentic than that.

Love this place! Everyone is always so friendly. Great way to meet your neighbors and hangout 🙂 haven’t been in a while because I’m pregnant lol, but I’ll be back soon.. might order food today

Stopped by on the way home after a work day and I was very impressed. The bartender, Jennifer, was welcoming and friendly. Loved the atmosphere and the friendly patrons! I highly recommend stopping by anytime you are in the area.

Love the way that it has been remodeled inside. Much brighter and open feeling. Moving the bar to the front of the building is a world of difference, too. It seems inviting now, rather than a dark, sketchy hole in the wall like in the past when it was owned and operated by different people under another name. Locals will know the name. Lol The bartender was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were old friends. Will definitely be returning here, maybe we will come on a Friday or Saturday night!!
