We were here for a birthday celebration, selected for lunch as part of our customized wine country day tour. With interior and also sheltered patio seating; we were inside in a charming airy room. Although ironically, none in our group ordered wine, our dishes were tasty and well prepared, with unexpectedly large portions on the shared starter (side) dishes (“for the table”). Along with a personalized printed menu, our service was attentive, making for a very pleasant experience.

Very nice premium restaurant. We had service for 8. Ordered 5 different appetizers. Shared to the table. We all ordered different items so we could get a taste of the cuisine. We had 3 children in our party. The restaurant was kid friendly. But this is fine dining

A complete disaster. Reservations at 6pm. Seated at table 6:15; water and acknowledgement 6:30; ordered 6:45; dinner arrived 7:30. Manager waited on us. He crushed the cork of our own Domaine Drouhin wine. My wife’s lamb chops uneatable. My steak served on cold mashed potatoes. We were shocked at the quality of food and service.

Very cool restaurant in wine country with a nice ambiance and great service. I tried the scallop and veggie pasta, but it was a little under seasoned. My friend had a sausage pizza and the thin crust was great. Tiramisu was good, but not great. Overall we enjoyed our time and would patron again.
2nd visit. Lunchtime on a Saturday. Love the pizza! Steamed clams have to be best we’ve had in a while. Great volume, good flavor, and nice size clams.

Visited on 11/15 for my partner’s birthday and had a bad experience. Party of six with a reservation showed up on time and were promptly sat, but that’s when things started to go down hill. Service was generally slow and led to us asking the bussing staff to send our waiter over a couple of times. While that’s understandable in a busy restaurant, I’d expect more for $50+ a plate. We had to ask for dessert menus and didn’t receive one that we ordered. It was not on the receipt at least, but a $4 fountain soda water was – had to ask the bussing staff for a refill on that throughout dinner.
However, worst of all, two of the six members of our party ordered the filet (54$ each), one medium, one medium rare. Both arrived extremely well done. We requested they be remade. That request was only taken seriously after we sawed the steaks in half to prove there was zero pink. The steaks were taken away, but we were left with our sides to get cold while they were remade. When they came back, while they were cooked properly, they were not filets. Some other cut was substituted to accompany our now cold sides.
And to top it all off, after giving my card for payment our waiter came back to the table to tell us he’d forgotten to put a bottle of wine on there. This wasn’t to say he’d comp’d it for our troubles, but to let us know the bill was even higher. Nothing was comp’d, including $112 of steaks and soda water.
We’ll never go back and we’re members of a winery in the area.

Our food was excellent, the wine was good, and the atmosphere was beautiful. The service was a little slow, but I suspect it’s because they were understaffed this evening. I had the Dundee burger, they were kind enough to make some buttered noodles for my daughter. I really enjoyed this restaurant. I would love to come back. It was so beautiful, like being transported to Europe.

We started our four day weekend at this restaurant for dinner and it did not fail. The oysters were plumb and fresh. We really enjoyed the beet salad, Brussels, and tomato and mozzarella salad. The ahi tuna with peppercorn sauce was nicely prepared and delicious. The restaurant had a very large selection to choose from. Found out this restaurant has been in business since the 1970’s. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant for dinner. If you go during tourist season make a reservation.

Went yesterday and were totally pleasantly surprised by the vegetarian choices. Had the special soup carrot ginger squash, grilled broccoli , cauliflower fried, focaccia. All. items were simply delicious and the waiter was great . Coffee was a little Luke warm – not hot but the refill was better. Would definitely go there again. Nice ambiance as well.

Service was not great. Food was just ok.
Arrived at 6:25 for a 6:30 reservation and told we had to wait to be seated even though the restaurant was pretty empty. Food was just ok – nothing special. We ordered dessert (affogato) and the waiter brought an extra shot of espresso which we didn’t ask for and said it was on him. Later when the bill came we were told the manager needed us to pay for it and $4 for an espresso shot seemed pricey. There are much better places in the area – I’d skip this one

Server was fantastic, and the dining room is lovely. Our steamer clams appetizer was pretty good – lots of clams for the price. The rigatoni bolognese was good, dried rigatoni cooked al dente paired with in my opinion a decent bolognese but not stellar.. My partner ordered the shrimp bucatini – They couldn’t make it cheese free for her. (Pre made pesto) She said it was ok also. No bread or anything special was offered for the table. And a very limited menu. We had brunch there with a larger group and that was really good . The food looked amazing and I had a burger that was truly great. There’s my review.
