First time at The Dumpling Lady and the food was good! The sweet pork belly dumplings were perfect! I will def be getting those again, they’re spicy tho so if you can’t handle spice beware! Also tried the shiitake chicken stew noodles. They were also good but not as flavorful as the dumplings, I would probably try the pork or beef noodles next time!

Visited from NYC. Never had dumplings like this before. Wow- the flavor was out of this world. The dumplings are bathed in a chili oil sauce and garnished with what I’m assuming was cilantro. I ordered the roast pork belly and the shrimp + chicken. The belly was infinitely superior in flavor. Both orders good but that roast pork belly was so delicious and flavorful. Textures were on point, temperature was hot and fresh. Seasoning, portion, and flavor-to-protein ratio was great, nothing felt skimped and everything hit the taste palette efficiently. I’d love if they opened up a location up north, they’d make a fortune. 10/10

Awesome food! Dumplings were very good (steamed and fried) and noodles were delicious. Watch the spice level ratings.

We tried the veg dumplings here and they were really good ,fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was just right and the texture was soft yet filling. The place has a nice vibe inside Optimist Hall, and service was quick too. Definitely a good spot if you’re craving dumplings.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Dumpling Lady truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I took my first bite of the chicken and shrimp handmade dumplings with chili oil, I knew I was in for a treat. Each dumpling was bursting with flavor and filled with a delectable combination of chicken and shrimp that tasted incredibly fresh. What truly set these dumplings apart was the chili oil – it added the perfect amount of spice and depth to every bite. It was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality, making each mouthful a delightful experience. The attention to detail and the care put into crafting these dumplings was unmistakable. From the perfectly pleated wrappers to the flavorful filling, every aspect was expertly executed.Whether you’re a dumpling enthusiast or simply looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, I cannot recommend The Dumpling Lady enough. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Some of the Best Noodles & Food I’ve had ever! Just enough meat to noodles & heat ratio & the beef it was so tender & seasoned to perfection (not just covered in juice). The variety of dumplings & noodle choices are out of this world. Can’t say anything but greatness about this location. There’s a reason it’s one of the busiest locations here make sure to check them out & order a few of everything you can’t go wrong 10/10 ☺️

Amazing in every way! I’m so glad this was the place I decided to try in Optimist Hall. The chicken and shrimp dumplings were extremely good. The spicy noodles were VERY spicy, but still great. This place is popular too and for good reason. There was a line wrapped around, but we still got our food rather quickly.

Very good food with quick cafeteria style service, prices were a tad high for portions, $15 for a “lunch” deal, however the food did not disappoint. Dumplings were packed full and the noodles were flavorful and perfectly spiced. I wish the experience was a bit more personal. Walk up and order from a kiosk while the cooks prep your food.

Found this spot by coincidence and was excited to try their Dan Dan noodles… I’ve had them previously while in Philly and it’s been hard to find anyone that makes them in GA. so I was ready to order! Sadly, I was not happy…it was nothing like what I’ve tried before. The noodles were like spaghetti and overall it tasted nothing close to what I’ve tasted before. We also had their scallion pancakes and that did not disappoint! It was nice, crisp, and perfectly fried! The customer service was amazing especially being as busy as I they were. The young lady took orders and answered questions with a smile and no hesitation.

Some amazing soup dumplings, and I’ve had some in NYC. Highly recommend and would come here again. Loved the scallion pancakes, too. The pan fried chicken dumplings were flavorful and had such a nice crunch. And, by the way, the chili oil is something you want to have by the gallon.
