I had a great time with Olga and Jeff Sullivan, had just wonderful place. I had a haystack burger, which was delicious and my wife enjoyed the meatloaf and potatoes which she thought was absolutely awesome. We will be back.

Great food! Wonderful staff. Our waitress really went out of her way to make sure we truly enjoyed what we were eating and drinking and didn’t charge for a couple drinks our kids didn’t like. Nice, friendly atmosphere! The restaurant, overall, is beautiful! What a wonderful addition to Holyoke.

All the other restaurants in the area were on holiday break and this one was one of the only things still open besides subway. (this may or may not have contributed to the poor service and wait times we experienced). We wanted a to-go order to bring back to the hotel. We arrived prime time at 6:30pm and they were slammed. We sat at the bar and they let us know that food would take 1 hour to get (and it was). So we had a beer while we waited. It is a $2 extra charge for to-go orders. Never seen that before. They gave us everything in tied up bags. When we got back to the hotel, we realized we were missing onion rings. We got an order of the mac and cheese bites which was the best thing we got and it was delicious. We got two regular burgers, one spicy burger, and one chicken sandwich. The burgers were all fine and adequate. The chicken sandwich was supposed to come with cowboy butter on it but it was completely dry. The chicken itself was really tasty. The fries were super soggy and not crispy. Note the price here seems exorbitantly high for Holyoke Colorado. Each burger and sandwich was $19. The mac and cheese bites came with 8 pieces for $15. The second night we were here they were the only thing open again so we went back, but this time we thought maybe we would get better service if we sat inside and went earlier. We went earlier at about 5:30pm this time and it was still busy and only continued to get more slammed. Our server was slow and I see that she had plenty of tables but she only checked on one at a time constantly going back into the kitchen for one thing trips, she needs to be more efficient if you are at a busy restaurant. The nice thing is that we showed our receipt for our missing onion rings the prior day and they honored it and gave us a basket of onion rings. They were delicious. We also ordered an order of cheese curds which were also great. We got different beers (wheat beer, cerveza, scottish ale, IPA, and cider) and all were adequate. We waited QUITE a while for our food (and to pay). This time the fries were great and crispy. We got another chicken sandwich and burger, but we also got the meatloaf (large portion and good), and the create your own burger bowl with chicken (just okay). Like for 2 people here its like $80 just to get a meal so just keep that in mind. Of course we still tipped our server, just know that this place can be busy and expensive. If this was our only option upon returning we would come back and all get chicken sandwiches.

2nd visit and just as happy as the first time here. Wonderful service, good food, great beer!!

I’m going 4 stars only because there’s not 4.5. (Rarely do I do a 5). Do not let the old school, recycled store front fool you! Behind that old appliance fesaud is a great little brewery, delicious beers ( I prefer the IPA)! Had the cheese curds for an app, enough to feed 4… get the caramel sauce! We had the chicken salad and the beer cheese brat. Food was pretty dang good, service was off the charts!!! My new favorite local brewery!!!

Had a surprise party here and it went off without a hitch! Hazy IPA was great. Other ipa was ok and I wasn’t a fan of the Redtober. Not malty enough for my taste. Could use some acoustic foam on the ceiling to dampen the sound a bit, but I’m thrilled something like this is in Holyoke!

Loved the decor. Nice location in middle of Holyoke. Beer tasting was interesting. You got 4 to try. Hamburger was very good and so were the fries. Great place to go hang out and enjoy.

There were 4 adults and two children in our party. The food was very good, most of us had the fish & chips. A couple had the hamburger. The beer sampler was also very good. Only question is why they chose to miss out on a bar sale. I was looking forward to several coffee and Bailey’s after dinner but was told they didn’t have coffee. The coffee maker behind the bar must just be for looks.

One of the best brew pub and grills in the entire state of Colorado… Seriously, Denver, Boulder- anywhere this place was, it would be the best place in town.
