Absolutely loved the vibes here. Came with friends and immediately spotted the Chihuly chandeliers. Gorgeous. The rest of the deco and vibes just made this a place we could have hung out at all night. We just came for drinks, which were mostly good. One of my friends got a mezcal cocktail that tasted like mezcal on the rocks and she wasn’t able to drink it. Suggest to ask your waiter about the cocktails profile before ordering.

I had the Catrina marg, which was strong and refreshing. I ordered from the Pink Adobe menu and had the French Onion Soup and a Caesar plus chicken. My only complaint would be that the amount of chicken was pretty small.

If you’re looking for a good happy hour, Dragon Room is a wonderful stop! I haven’t been since the change in ownership, but after checking it out, Dragon Room still has its charm! Although portions have gotten smaller and prices went up, the margaritas are still nice and potent!

What a memorable night! Went for part of Happy Hour and stayed for part of live music — Jesus Vez, Spanish guitar, phenomenal! We were greeted warmly when we entered, and we got a great seat near the music. This is the bar on the side of Pink Adobe. Staff are so gracious and warm. The “dragon” is a gorgeous deep blue, large light fixture. Food was delicious — had guacamole prepared tableside (with steak added), and had tacos (two mushroom, one carne asada). Beautiful atmosphere. We looked briefly into Pink Adobe as well, and looks like a beautiful place with happy customers. On Santa Fe, between the Loretto and the state capitol. Also, attached to the Inn of Five Graces. A historic, iconic Santa Fe venue.

We’d tried to go to The Pink Adobe (3 Jan ‘25) but did not have reservations. The Host referred us to the Dragon Room & personally escorted us over. Our server Melvin was accommodating, personable, great recommendations & overall fantastic! The host from the Pink Adobe came by during our dinner to check on us & our dining experience!! The professional follow through was off the charts! Highly recommend this establishment!!

It looks interesting with all the decor inside. Drinks are okay for the price. Food items have that fancy look to them but the innovation doesn’t communicate to the taste. It just tastes normal. So I guess it’s pricey to pay for normal tasting food. Cute place though.

Way over priced. $21 guac but only 1, maybe 1.5 avocados. Enchiladas tasted like green chile stew. Watery beans and rice. Pretty weird interactions with some staff. Won’t be going back or recommending.

I went once and the happy hour margs were good, as well as the service and ambiance. Since then I’ve tried going here on 3 separate occasions and each time the place was closed- either for a private event or because they are in fact closed and haven’t updated their opening hours on Google. I won’t be returning.
