We had a very attentive, kind server. 5 stars for the staff!! We ate here with a large church group in the large back room. Decent food on the buffet… nothing special, to be honest. 3 stars for the food. I liked the salad bar. But i wasnt there for the food, i was there for the company. We had a wonderful time.

First time here. Week day dinner around 4pm. Very clean, recent renovation done nice. Wife and I ordered the specials meatball dinner, with onion soup & chicken pot pie. Meatball dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans were good, not a large serving. Bowl of onion soup was small thought it was a cup, clarifying it was a bowl. Soup tasted good could have been hotter.Chicken pot pie not what expected, it was simply a flakey turnover pastry in a bowl of chicken & corn soup. Servered not hot enough, porting size was smaller. Also did not bring a soup spoon. waitress friendly enough just not around much. Got cinnamon rolls for drive home they were delicious. For the cost not really worth what we received. It was a new try, now we know it was ok, just some opportunities for improvement. Larger rooms in back they said for weekend breakfast buffet, maybe try some day. Larger assortment of pastries & donuts.

We went to the brunch buffet with my parents. They had a lot of food at a good price. The only issue I had was with the waitress. She never came back to see if we needed refills on coffee or water. I had to go to the kitchen to ask her to please fill my coffee. She never apologized or rushed to do it.

Came here a few weeks ago for some food because of the 4.7 star rating…. Far from deserving of that rating… 2/3 at best. Just an honest review. Must have all been friends or family who have made the 5 star reviews. I originally wanted to make a Facebook review but that seems to not be an option with this business. Anyway I will take my business down the road next time and hope for a better. Defiantly not worth the rating it has.

We had a birthday party at the Downtown Eatery and Bakery. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The wait staff was very professional. It was so easy to plan the party with their help. We highly recommend their restaurant and their catering services!
