The Dough Roller is a highly recommended pizza spot here along the boardwalk in Ocean City, Maryland. Visiting with my family I wanted to make sure we made time to stop here and try some pizza. The waitress greeted us and was very kind. We got a pizza and garlic bread. The garlic bread was delicious and the pizza was one of my new favorite pizza places. The sauce was delicious. The crust was crispy and was very good as well. I highly recommend eating here.

I had the seafood omelette and it was sublime the best I had and if you are wondering if they blend everything together with the eggs they don’t! I hate when they blend but not at the dough roller, the omelette is perfectly soft and stuffed with the delicious crab, shrimp and lobster, my husband had perfect eggs as well no crust on the bottom and melting yoke I would eat there every day. The potato’s were terrible I don’t recommend but it comes with the dish you can’t avoid.

Most recently did an carry out order. Staff was nice and the food came out quick. The pizza while cooked crispy was very bland. For the price, I would recommend checking out another spot.

My family and I stopped in for lunch and it was a wonderful experience! Lori was our server and she was great! She had great recommendations and was friendly and attentive! I loved her vibe! Very down to earth! The food was also great! Most of us got breakfast and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I loved the crab omelette! My husband got a personal pizza and he said it was delicious (which says a lot coming from him!) we will definitely visit again in future trips to OC!!

One of the best places to eat on the boardwalk. We ordered the turkey club and chicken cheesesteak. They were awesome and fresh. And our waitress was awesome as well.

I could’ve gotten a frozen pizza from Walmart and it would’ve tasted gourmet compared to whatever this is. no sauce, cheese roasted to a crisp, barely any cheese, no grease, not pizza, maybe cheese bread… that’s about it if you’d even call it that.

The food was delicious! The customer service was quick and personable. The atmosphere was so cute I loved all the old lunch boxes displayed. Their pizza was delicious and flavorful. The best part were the funnel cake fries and Pina colada drink!

GOOD: Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant has an inner carnival charm that brings back childhood

BAD: I don’t want to slam too hard because I enjoyed my relaxing booth and views, but the food was bad. The pizza had a generic whitish crust and no taste as a whole. The fries tasted bag frozen with only the chili adding some flavor.

The Dough Roller was an unfortunate case where the service and atmosphere carried the stars, not the food.

If DR, wants to improve, they need to step up on ingredients. I couldn’t finish – and I wanted too 🙁

Perhaps their pancakes and sandwiches are better. DR could be a great place to take some hungry kids by the beach, but for the adults, the pizza and fries won’t impress.
