I used to go to this place years ago when the previous owners owned it and it was called something else. Even as a native, I forget. It was a good place to go for good food and service at a great price. I was in Ventnor with a friend, who is not from this area. I thought it would be a good place to eat.. At first, I noticed the name change. New owners and new indoor/outdoor seating . Making parking very scarce. We were seated right away. It took an unusually long time for our server to first acknowledge us. Our server finally came over and we immediately ordered. My scrambled eggs didn’t look like they were made from real eggs. My Canadian bacon and potatoes were burnt and dried out. All food was lukewarm. I was really hungry so I ate over half of it. Plus, with the new owners and the place redone, it got really pricey. It is a tourist trap now. I wanted to speak to the manager, but my friend didn’t want me to complain. He didn’t mention anything bad about his meal. I never mind paying $$ for good food and good service. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I will not go back there. I was really disappointed. The Shore isn’t what it used to be.

Wow!!! The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was beachy without going over the top. And the service was superb. Elvia told us where a beautiful abnb was for our next visit. We will be back.

My wife and I met some friends here to have breakfast. It is the shore so I expect prices to be higher than other locations so I did not think the pricing was out of line. The food was tasty. Since we had breakfast, refilling the coffee cups was one of our highest priorities and our server took good care of us. Since we hadn’t seen our friends in a while we talked a long while after our food was eaten and we were not pressured to give up our table. I would go back again.

Came for breakfast and the food is nothing to rave about. To spend $65 for tasteless French Toast, water down syrup and store brought Cream Chipped Beef is a pass for me.

We decided as a last minute decision to stop here to have breakfast here today and we are so glad we did! The food was absolutely amazing! The service was incredible and the atmosphere was fantastic! We will definitely be back soon and often! Highly recommend you do the same!

Edit 6/22/25: I will always give places the benefit of the doubt before posting a negative review. We have now had 2 really weird/downright rude interactions with the same waitress. On the first occasion an umbrella literally flew off the table into our table and the waitress sitting right there did not notice or care. And then she told us we had to pay cash because she accidentally closed out our check with no way to fix it. The owner was kind enough to welcome us back with comped meals which we were appreciative of. We had the same waitress. We had been sitting for about 2 minutes, no water coffee etc. she didn’t even introduce herself but instead shouted from where she was standing “ready??” As if we should know she was speaking to us. I couldn’t tell you her name she’s never introduced herself. When I said no we haven’t even gotten water yet we aren’t ready to order food she told us she takes food and drinks orders all at once. In a breakfast shop id expect they offer drinks/coffee? Anyway, we won’t be back
