Traveling on I-70 and stopped here for a donut. It’s a nice little place tucked away in the corner. Walked into the store and it was decorated for Easter that was coming up and greeted with a warm welcoming. The lady at the counter was amazing and was filled with joy. Stopped by here at noon on a Monday. Was treated very well. Really wide selection, and super friendly lady behind the counter. This place has great doughnuts! I wanted some doughnuts while traveling from KC to Denver on a Sunday morning. We stopped and went to a market that had doughnuts in a package made in Illinois. I was happy that I didn’t buy them and found Donut Palace instead. They have a great selection and the glazed are delicious!

Waiting 20 plus minutes for 4 tea drinks, the place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, the staff walked around aimlessly after placing my order. Would not recommend coming here at all. Would have left if the drinks were not for my kids.

Went in at 10 am today, Saturday the 14th. The two girls helping us, had no smile, almost an attitude of they could care less about anything, rushing my husband, only giving him 30 seconds to figure out what he wanted. They were rude young ladies. We were in there maybe 3 minutes, we were the only customers in there.I won’t darken the door again. Caseys donuts will do just fine! At least the customer service is great with smiles on their faces.

I was only passing through Abilene from Missouri on my way back to Denver. I wasn’t in the mood for fast food. My phone map showed this place was open in the early morning hours that I was driving through.
It was the best donut I’ve ever had. The lady behind the counter was very kind and we had a great conversation!
