Excellent craft cocktail bar in a cozy, well decorated and unique cabin setting. Cocktails are innovative and fantastic, and many drinks are made with house-infused liquor. We ordered the beet vodka drink (very beet-y, almost like a cold pressed juice) and the beesting drink (habanero infused tequila), both were amazing. Also ordered the whiskey sidecar drink and the poco loco drink (tropical pineapple vibes), which were great too. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a little food menu. Definitely recommended, if coming at prime time there may be a wait.

The Dogwood was by far the highlight of our recent trip to Crested Butte. This place is just fantastic. From the drinks, to the staff, to the atmosphere, I cannot say enough good things about The Dogwood. The Beetnick Martini was out-of-this world and the Yellow Rose (while I agree being rosemary forward) was delicious and I can’t wait to have another. The folks running this place know their stuff and they know how to make a great drink so don’t be afraid to try something new. Some drinks take some time to make, but it’s worth the wait. We loved the warm, comfortable, neighborhood feel of the place. And if you should happen to visit The Dogwood when they have their “balsamic, thyme and garlic pickled eggs” get some!!! They were beyond delicious!!! If you go to Crested Butte, go do The Dogwood!

I have been multiple times and the drinks don’t disappoint. Each drink is crafted perfected to balance the various flavors. I love the beet cocktail, but you really can’t go wrong. They hit extra hard at altitude, which makes this place the perfect place after a long day of skiing.

What a great place! Drinks are so unique. They are artisan drinks. It is so fun to sit at the bar and watch the magic in preparing your drink. Great little bits too. This is worth a visit. Staff are great folks!!
