This was an amazing find! The customer service was great. Everything on the menu looked so appetizing, but what stood out to us was the elote frank!
Also, this place has impossible franks! With me being a vegetarian I really appreciated this. I’ve always loved the taste of hotdogs but never wanted to have the meat ones. These vegetarian franks taste SO CLOSE to the real thing no joke.
Not much of a wait either. My husband had the taco one & he reallly loved that one! They loaded it up with guac.
Overall a 10/10 experience & well definitely try to be back for more! If you haven’t tried this place already I highly recommend!

Excellent service, great atmosphere and sensational food! I am not a hot dog type of guy but I wanted something new. I am glad I had the pleasure of experiencing The Dogfather. They have lots of choices with plenty of toppings to choose from. Don’t be scared to try a new dog and in fact I will stop by whenever I am in the area and try a new dog. Thanks for the experience!

I really like this San Antonio crispy dog thing. We spend $35ish on two chili dogs (good chili), two crispy dogs, half order tots and a soda. My hot dog loving husband not only approves, commented on how everything was solid. I really appreciated the crisp of the tots (coming from someone who prefers their potato in fry form). I also loved their message on the menu board.

First time here and on New Year’s Day. The Stinger and the crispy dogs were so good, as were the tots, curly fries and fried pickles. The White Cane soda was unique and tasty. Super friendly staff too. What a great way to start 2026. We’ll be back.

Small joint with friendly people and amazing hot dogs. We don’t typically eat hot dogs but we’ll definitely return when in San Antonio again.

Frito pie with geat tasting dog, good chili, cheese and crispy fritos. Yum. The sodas are different and delicious. Nice service, clean and everyone was polite and helpful. The tater tots with elotes and crema were fantastic. Well be back.

The hotdogs that I had were just full of flavor that I wasn’t expecting in such a delicious way. The atmosphere was peaceful and friendly people. I would definitely recommend coming here to try them.

Some of the hot dogs are very interesting and have a lot going on but I ended up getting something that was really good. I wish they had more traditional options as well for people who may have food restrictions. The service was good too! I got the Stinger and appreciated the all beef quality. The ambiance is chill and they both indoor and outdoor seating with music playing.
PS My friends stated that anything with the Bratwurst wasn’t as good but I did not try it myself.

OMG! This dog was surprisingly good. I got the guacamole dog with arugula and tomato. I was a little hesitant when I saw it but it was perfect. The guacamole was perfectly balanced and made the meal light while the dog kept it hearty. I was full for hours. Highly highly recommend!!
