Absolutely love this place. My family and I go fairly regularly and it has become one of my son’s favorite spots to grab a hot dog and some ice cream. The home made bun is an absolute must. Staff is friendly and always greets my son and I wonderfully even knowing him by name at this point as well as our order. Amazing hot dogs, amazing ice cream and amazing people. We also come at Christmas Time to come see Mr and Mrs Clause! Great food, great people!

Very cool place. We ordered the large home made ice cream, 2 hot dogs, and a bison burger and it was a reasonable $24. They take credit cards too for anyone wondering like we were. Food was good and we hear the applecrisp is amazing so will be back to try it. I recommend if you’re in the area. 8/10 hot dog rating with george’s coney island being my favorite 10/10 hot dog spot as reference. I give it a 5/5 google review though as it is a great spot that’s affordable and worth the stop in terms of an all around experience. They even have a little store of things to buy

We saw this place advertised on NH Chronicle and decided to take a Sunday drive (1 hour). The dogs were delicious and the homemade buns were amazing! We also had some of the homemade loaded potato salad. YUM!!

Found this food stand while passing through the area. Sign on building says its been here 45 years. They serve hot dogs and burgers piping hot off a made to order grill. The owner does make her own hot dog rolls as an option to a regular roll. The place looked very clean and owner took pride in her work and serving you. She smiled and thanked me for coming out in 30 degree weather to try her food. If you dont stop your missing out.

We love this cozy, very clean, picturesque place. The Dog House consistently serves up, delicious hotdogs, hamburgers and side dishes. We love what they have done with the property, expanding it with picnic table seating and a lovely area to enjoy your outdoor meal. This brother and sister team is awesome and has been making delicious food for a very long time! Thank you!
One more thing…. the small gift shop has beautiful decorations and imported candy and treats is always a pleasure to walk through.

I recently visited The Dog House, and I can’t stop raving about it! Their hot dogs are simply amazing—perfectly toasted, with a bun that complements the flavor just right. Each bite was a delight! And don’t even get me started on the blueberry crisp; it was a solid 10/10. The sweetness and texture were spot on.
What truly stood out was the service from one lady who was incredibly friendly and attentive. She made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re a hot dog lover and have a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit! I can’t wait to come back for more!

IF YOU CAN’T TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM DON’T OWN A BUSINESS!
I drove 40 minutes there just to get ride service. She wasn’t very friendly. I didn’t feel welcome. As I was ordering my food, I felt like I was at a McDonald’s drive thru because of the kind of service I had because I felt like I was being rushed. I get my food, I asked for red onions and sauerkraut on my hotdog and I also ordered the loaded baked potato salad. I didn’t get red onions, there was some kind of red sauce on it. I took one bite of the hotdog, and immediately spit it out. It tasted spoiled, the sauerkraut was definitely spoiled. I took a couple bites of the potato salad and it tasted like it was sitting out all day and put back in the refrigerator. It had a really bad sour taste to it. I walked back and kindly whispered what was wrong because there was a customer behind me, and I didn’t want to make a scene. She gives me a disgusted look and yelled “SPOILED?” I said “Yes, I mean it could just be my taste buds, I don’t know, I’m sorry” She says “Well I’ve been selling this all day, and it’s not spoiled” I said “I dont know, I’m not usually the type to go back and complain, but I drove 40 minutes and spent almost $40”. As I was talking, She closed the window in my face.
Both my brother and I got the same toppings and aame hotdogs, we’ve both thrown up multiple times. I can rest assured you, they were definitely spoiled, they did NOT taste good at all. I was so nice the whole time, I didn’t deserve to be treated like that as a paying customer. Learn how to handle customer complaints or don’t own a business ♂️

Always look forward to when they open for the season. They have a good selection of toppings, and they don’t skimp. Homemade buns are the way to go. Outdoor seating is great.
