Everything you ever wanted in a hot dog joint is right here. My hot dog was delicious, the people were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was just right (comfortable in my work clothes, but pleased by the interesting decor), and it’s really easy to get to (parking right off the arterial).

I came here September 9th, 2023 so I don’t remember the exact dogs I got BUT I tell you the styles of dogs on the menu is INSANE. Its a HUGE menu with so many different and creative styles that it took me and my brothers some time to decide. Which was fun. Ultimate, we got about 3 different styles and they were all very delicious. Yes, they are big, stuffed and they didn’t skimp out on the toppings. The sides of fries and tater tots were on point and the lemonade was HUGE and so dang refreshing.
The atmosphere was nice. It has a cool, neighborly, community type of feel. Its outdoors, right near the stream, with some little games to play while you wait, or simply enjoy. Plenty of space to eat.
The staff were nice and cool. It was like ordering from some friends.
PROS:
-LOTS and LOTS of options of different styles to choose from
-The portions are very hefty and they don’t skimp out
-The food is good and hits the spot
-The lemonade is HUGE
CONS:
-If you’re looking for something more simple, the menu will be overwhelming and probably not for you
-Being outdoors is awesome but if it rains….Well plan accordingly!
Verdict: If you’re a hot dog lover, Dog Den is totally worth making a trip to White Plains for. Highly recommend it!

The woman who took my order was incredibly rude. I can tell she doesn’t own the place, otherwise she would not treat people this way. I was there on a Tuesday at 1:15 pm. There was no one on line, and I was the only customer. I walked in and was told to go outside to order. No eye contact, just a very rude demeanor. I then went outside to order in the cold, and the sarcasm while taking my order was not called for. I ordered a hot dog with mustard, and onions with chili cheese fries. I was told (condescendingly) that there was a name for that hot dog. My encounter lasted under 2 minutes, but i will not be coming back. My business is moving on to a building down the street at the beginning of the year, and I’ve told everyone how good the dogs are.
I will not recommend this place moving forward due to the nasty attitude of the person you have at the front.

Passed this place for many years. Recently identified it on Google Maps. Love the way they utilize their sidewalk/street space with loads of benches, umbrellas and toys for the kids. The hot dogs (Sabrette) were very good. Love the various toppings. Hope to make my way through the menu over time. Will definitely stop here on our way to the Hartford area.

EXPENSIVE but 100% worth it. I love a good hot dog joint like the next guy but I LOVE a gourmet/triple D style hot dog joint.
So many options, tons of different toppings, a kids menu and even a vegetarian dog. This place has something for everyone.

This is a great little spot with an impressive variety of options. There are plenty of seating areas where you can relax and enjoy. The prices are very reasonable — for example, I got two plain hot dogs, one specialty dog, and two bags of chips for just $18. Definitely try the “Big Mac Dog” — it tastes just like a Big Mac!

One of the best hotdog places i have eaten at. Location is amazing menu is vast and good priced. My only issue is the cashier. She always seems to have an attitude have gotten food here 2 times and both times shes given my wife and I very horrible attitudes before we even start speaking about our order. We always come to the window ready to order and she always slams her hands on the counter and just seems to be rushing us to keep moving. She’s definitely does not like working customer service bet yet us a cashier. Other then her dog den is a favorite place for my wife and I but we will probably stick to ordering from the phone for pickup.
