We had the early bird specials. The shrimp stir fry and the jumbo crab roll, both were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices were reasonable. The clam chowder was great also. We would definitely be returning. If we lived in the area it would be a regular place. The brownie desert was wonderful.

A little pricey but worth it! Great food, great entertainment! Good drinks! Ask to be seated outside by the water. Crab cakes are excellent! Buffalo Shrimp as appetizer were amazing. Tuna sashimi is a very large portion as an appetizer excellent!

Excellent service , food , drinks and the owner Mrs Hieb is a great person that personally greets you and checks up on you.
Lobster risotto was amazing
Sea Bass also amazing
Apps were great
Drinks were excellent
Everything was cooked to perfection
Will 100% be back.
Also the 50 to 100 was because I like my cocktails.

SO LOUD and the Salmon was very dry, filet mignon was just ok. BUT WHY would you have live music on a Saturday night during dinner? Use it during the week to bring people in during off hours. I could almost see it if it was subtle dinner music but this music was loud – happy hour or late night bar music. Perhaps good for the people at the bar but definitely not for dinner with friends. We, and everyone else having dinner, had to scream to each other to be heard. Perhaps you don’t want to change the acoustics of the building’s high ceiling but don’t make the huge mistake of adding loud bar music during dinner! Last, we barely saw our waiter because he was waiting on almost the whole room. We have been local, long time customers and everyone knows it tends to be louder because of the high ceilings but tonight with the music, it just hit the total wrong note for us. I don’t think we’ll be back.

First, With your phone in Hand, Plan when you’re done reading this review to have a time in mind, call, and reserve a table Here, I’m not kidding, ask for Greg, His value is going to go through the roof with people competing for his incredible service by the time I’m done writing this review!

There’s tons of Rilplaces to choose from in Ocean City, Look no further, After the first night, I already put in a reservation for a second night out of a little 4 night getaway from Lancaster County PA, I even did what I’m telling you to do, ask for their senior most server, Greg!, He’s the Best Server I’ve ever been lucky enough to have, You’ll agree by the end of this!

From when I entered and met their absolutely fabulous Hostess Riley, She greeted me with a smile and understood the apprehension of a first timer not recalling know what to do or where to sit, She grabbed the best seat in the house available right away for me and in short order sent an equally memorable Mary Jo, The Owners’ Mother, Rileys Grandmother to the table, trust me when I say, You will not forget this Marvelous Soul, Either of them, They’re incredible!, Olivia Made sure there wasn’t an empty plate sitting around anywhere and was lightning fast, and Greg, Our server is really where the most memorable dining experience either of us have had in years begins, He had the best recommendations, They bring bread and super flavorful Olive oil to the table, They allow you to split the Wedge salad and it’s Huge, You’ll want to!, Greg Understood right away I’m a chef and I didn’t just want a rack of lamb with Mint Jelly, He said (pulling from his years of knowledge and follow through but for having him, I would’ve never had this unbelievable, kind-blowing meal) ….You know a couple of years ago we offered the lamb as lollipops where it was encrusted, Kind of like You’re suggesting, He went to their All Star Chef in the Kitchen and It was no problem, and came out in a reasonable amount of time, It was perfectly crusted, just as if they’ve read the cookbook page I had in my mind and in my Heart of the best preparation of Rack of Lamb I ever had, This was it!!!! Thank You Greg, You are Truly Deserving of every ounce of applause and success you ever Receive and Great Big Tips, because You are THE BEST! I am so grateful, You will love him, you’ll love this place, and You won’t believe the food, We never order dessert, it was good!, But where The Doc’s is known City Wide for, are their Legendary Entrees, You can’t go wrong, everyone, including my husband will tell you their “Beef-like-marbled” Pork Chop is the best Thing on the menu, If they have the time and inventory, I can tell You Their Rack of Lamb, Made the “Chef Dan” way Is the single best preparation I’ve ever had, Twice! You’ve got to go at least once during your trip to Ocean City, NJ, This is My Favorite Restaurant!

Stopped in and found the early bird menu 3-5pm. Chicken with spinach, crab cake and an exceptionally good Cesar salad. The portions were smaller for early bird but included dessert. I opted to try the fried burrata / eggplant appetizer which was excellent. Ashley is personable and always smiling!

Amazing dinner! My husband and I are visiting OC and decided to check out a local restaurant to get seafood. We were started with bread and a delicious oil to dip. Greg was our server and he was fantastic! We ordered clams as an app, and for our entree we got the sea bass and the scallops! We will definitely be coming back next year on our vacation!

Ordered the burrata appetizer. Was very good and tasted home made. Then had the filet and crab cake. Filet melted in my mouth, and crab cakes were stuffed with crab meat. Prices are more than fare, a bargain for the quality of food and service. Sorry about the bites of food missing in my photos.

Got take out, food was on point. First time I was there, and plan to be back in a couple weeks. Got a few drinks at the bar, David took great care of me, and ordered food threw the hostess. Took no longer than 20-25 min. Tuna app – Wedge salad – Chicken alla Rita – Broiled Crab Cakes. All a must.
