Food was absolutely phenomenal. Perfect mix of fried artichoke and calamari for appetizer. Hands down the best steaks in town. I’m still craving their crawfish mashed potatoes. Insanely delicious. I also love their take on Brussels sprouts.. so good. The lavender French 75 hit the spot and the bread pudding was tasty.

If you haven’t reserved the Admirals room for a large group, DO IT! Paula handled the details for our party and was very flexible and helpful the day of our dinner! Professional to the highest level! We had several people assigned to the room to get our food and drinks and I must say they were outstanding! They were friendly, quick, and very attentive! We had a marvelous time!
Food was outstanding. We ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert! Every dish was tasty especially the blue cheese crusted filet mignon! Try the Sweet Cheeks Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley. Great price and a very delicious vintage! We ended with cappuccino and their wonderful chocolate brownie dessert! ❤️

The District absolutely knocked it out of the park for our rehearsal dinner! From start to finish, the evening was nothing short of magical and earned a unanimous 10/10 from our friends and family.

The food was outstanding — crisp Caesar salad, fork-tender filet mignon, dreamy Yukon Gold whipped potatoes, perfectly cooked broccolini, and a bread pudding that people are still talking about. Add in excellent craft cocktails and you’ve got a crowd-pleaser across the board.

Planning an event of this importance from afar can be daunting, but working remotely with their team was seamless and reassuring. Every detail was handled flawlessly, the staff was prompt and genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming.

It was an experience we’ll remember fondly for years to come. Highly, highly recommend!

The District is a regular go-to for us for steaks and a nice night out. Start upstairs in the lounge, check for the times of the live background music, have a few drinks before your reservation. The dining experience is very nice, and the food is really well done. Everything is great – you can’t go wrong (unless of course you order your steak well done! ) Our service has always been top notch – they work to make your experience the best. Lots of gluten-free options if that’s something you look for.

Oofta. This is an odd one. The cocktails were an amazing blend of flavors and presented better than a mute blond with rockin shabadoos sitting in a corner. However, they were overpriced at 16 and 14 dollars, a bit of a gambit by the restaurant to overcharge tourists without driving off locals. For me it’s a loss.

The food was solid but not spectacular. At a value to scrumptious ratio it was a miss. The crispy pork belly was an absolute delight and performed above its listed price. The steak and frites underperformed from presentation to execution. The plate did not feel generous with only three medallions and a scantily amount of bernaisse sauce. The steak was not rested properly so it had the myoglobin oozing on the plate, or bleeding for the unlearned. The frites initially ate well but the truffle got cloying overtime and cried out, like a babe in the night, for a dipping sauce.

I doubt I’ll go back unless someone else is buying. It was good but it’s $60 worth of good with a $110 bill.

My man took me here for my birthday celebration and listen to me. We had an amazing time. It was exactly what I wanted! Nice and intimate! Atmosphere nice! Food top tier! Service was excellent! I’m asking him to go for his birthday bc those Brussel sprouts

My baby sister, Domo, took me here for my birthday and I must say it didn’t disappoint. I loved the atmosphere, and Mark our waiter was exceptional!!!! one of the best waiters I’ve encountered over the years. I felt like I was a Millionaire eating at a fancy restaurant like that. And the food was delicious, I loved it soo much that I cleaned the plate if you know what I mean. Also towards the end Mark brought me out a birthday desert with a candle. Awww, I felt sooo loved. So, I do highly recommend The District: Seville Steak & Seafood restaurant.

As someone from Chicago, I’m always on the lookout for places with real vibes — and this spot nails it. The live music, warm ambiance, and excellent wine list make it one of my top 4 places in Pensacola for wine.

For vegetarians like me, the options are limited but enjoyable — I really like their two salads and the cheese board, both perfect for sharing and pairing. Would love to see a few more creative, plant-forward dishes on rotation!

Still, the service, energy, and overall experience keep me coming back. A go-to for girls’ nights, dates, or laid-back evenings with good wine and great music.

Supper disappointing, it was nice place and staff were good but to me none of the food we got was good, 2 of us 230 dollars and any chain restaurant would have better food. I hate to be that way but the 65 dollar steak and I threw half of it out. Our waitress look at us like we were crazy for not taking left overs home. Not saying take my word for it but that’s what I experienced.

Thos restaurant has good reviews. The service is great. The steaks are above what I expected. The “creamed” spinach was watery or then, spinach not chopped and my wife said there was too much garlic. Sautéed mushrooms were nice and the steak fries were good. Scallops were small, not big as described but cooked well and were tasty. Shrimp cocktail was as exoected. The restaurant looks the part with nice decorating. This is a white table cloth restaurant. I know thisbos Pensacola but wearing a t shirt in the evening to a white linen restaurant subtracts from the atmosphere in a big way. A simple shirts with collar and no shorts for men would go a long way to up the game at this restaurant.
