Best place for burgers in Eau Claire (so far)! If you enjoy craft burgers The District has you covered. This was my first visit and I tried the “Jamaican Me Crazy” (awesome name) with jerk seasoning and grilled pineapple. WOW! What a combo! My burger was cooked perfectly to order, I asked for a little pink inside and that’s exactly how it came. The drink menu is a little less interesting but there are some good options. I tried both the Colorado Coffee and Raspberry Long Island and both were overly sweet but still good, though I might just get a beer next time. I ordered plain fries with my burger and they were fantastic! Full length cuts with skin on the ends, crispy outside, creamy inside, perfect. There was a little confusion with our seating that delayed our service but those things happen. Going to return for the Wednesday Nashville Chicken special. Unless you have mobility restrictions parking is easy and plentiful in the public parking structure just across the bridge from the Pablo Center. Or you can find street parking if you scour, thus is the nature of downtown Eau Claire.

MM MM GOOD! This place was the BEST burger I’ve had in a long time! We were looking for something quick and easy to feed the crew the night before the WI Warrior show at the Pablo. This place won because they were walking distance from our hotel and open. It was the best choice ever!

Great food and service. We shared Onion Rings as an appetizer. They were voted best in town. Then we split the half pound Warmup cheeseburger with an added cheese curd paddy and a side of tator tots. The onion rings, burgers, and tots were wonderful. We will definitely be going back because their menu has a lot of great choices.

I’m never going to a local restaurant again without thoroughly reviewing an itemized receipt before handing over my card. I only glanced at it in our rush to leave. That tiny cup of honey mustard with our ELEVEN DOLLAR onion rings was $0.75. Why didn’t he replace the included BBQ sauce for free, which we didn’t ask for? Want mayo on your sliders? Extra $1.00. Want mayo for fries? Extra $1.50. Want to use a card instead of cash? Extra $2.20. Why didn’t he disclose the upcharges? I’m kicking myself for tipping as well as I did. Great food and friendly server, but this made me mad.

My husband and I were seriously craving a nice pub style burger so we stopped by. It was exactly what we were looking for! I got the Korean BBQ burger which was delicious and my husband got the classic mushroom and Swiss which was also tasty. There was also a nice large selection of local beer. Located right across from a park area where we could walk off the food!

I’ve been here three times in two weeks and all three experiences have been 5 stars. I love flatbread pizza and tonight I had fish & chips. 3/3 5 stars.

Great place for a Burger and Beer. I HAD THE grilled cheese bacon cheeseburger. A bacon cheeseburger with two grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun.. it was life changing! Also, I had the polish pickle soup, also amazing. I would highly recommend it.

The menu is really unique with a wide variety of one-of-a-kind burgers. Good selection of beers on tap. The servers were very attentive, constantly checking to see if we needed anything. The ambiance is great, the building certainly has it’s own vibe. Can’t recommend The District enough.
