yo, no lie. If y’all wanna taste something good come here urban taste. Clock that tea everything good even the green beans sis man I love this place so much. It’s a little pricey, but baby it’s worth it. The quality is worth it. The taste is worth it. I love this place this place make my dreads grow longer. I just placed a DoorDash order for them. I got the fish again, but I wanted that salmon pasta, but I can’t afford it today but maybe when I get paid I’m coming to get it. Whoever is in the kitchen, keep them close and never let them go. Don’t change your portions or your food quality. IT WAS DELICIOUS.
The fish seasoning was PERFECT. It wasn’t too salty or too bland. You know when you’ve had some bad collards. And while they weren’t my mom’s, I can’t even complain. They were good. Same goes for the green beans. Coupled with the hot sauce, I felt like I was back eating with family.
The chunks of crab in the pasta were delicious. My favorite of the two was the fish. But I can’t turn my nose up at the cajun pasta.
We also got a chocolate cake. We didn’t even take a picture. We just devoured it.

Restaurant was empty but good music and well received by the staff. I had the basa and shrimp combo with spaghetti and RB & rice. Food took a bit to come out, I knew it was going to be good. I was not disappointed. I bought two desserts on my way out. Haven’t tried them yet but they seem equally as delicious. It isn’t $12, but don’t kid yourself on seafood. This is the real deal and good vibes. Thank you. I will be back.

i ordered via doordash and was blown away. this is some of the best cajun chicken pasta i’ve ever had. fresh, with real chicken, not some fake frozen chicken shreds…the sauce was seasoned well, the noodles not overcooked. i winced at the crumb topping as i don’t prefer breadcrumbs, but it was fire too LOL. the chicken isn’t just on top of the pasta, it’s mixed into every bite, literally. I couldn’t stab one spot in the pasta without hitting chicken. i give the experience a 4 because there was no fork in the bag + i requested penne noodles but got fettuccine :(. i give the food a 5 though. (not a “horrible” thing, just suggest if the request isn’t an option let the Dasher know so they can call the customer or remove the option if penne isn’t available.) either way, i really enjoyed my food and will deff be ordering again! i ate about 1/4th of it and will have the rest for dinner. kudos to your team that’s working today 7/20/25 (afternoon)!

The fish slapped!!! (5 stars) The pasta was very disappointing. (1 star) Especially since the word is literally in the name. I had to add salt and parmesan cheese to give it any flavor at all. I was expecting it to have a blackened chicken breast, or whatnot, on top, but it came with teeny tiny pieces of diced white( as in not blackened) chicken. Idk if this was because it was for Restaurant Week, or if it’s always like this. It definitely didn’t look like the videos I’ve seen. The blackened shrimp was yummy, tho!

The Traveling Family
Good fish and pasta. We had a family meal. The fish was good for four people, but the sides, though large, were good for two if hungry and suitable for four if not. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will surely come back if we come across this place again.
