Although I do miss Vida vegan l, and this was the first time coming here since Vida vegan was closed. It was nice seeing they still kept a few vegan items in the menu. I was able to get a Cesar salad and add the crispy not chicken to it. It was really good and the portion was worth your money. I also got garlic aioli fries which I would always get when it was Vida vegan although the portion I received was much smaller that it was before. Overall it was good and I’m glad I was able to customize my food to add vegan chicken. Please add more vegan options thank you!!!

Came to try this spot that had been popping up on my tiktok and was so glad I did. Had the tri tip sandwich with the sweet potato tots and was so delicious I had to come back for another the next day. Initially my wife didn’t want anything but when she tried mine had me come back to get her one. Also had the Ventura salad with grilled chicken and was refreshing with strawberries and glazed nuts. Has a nice vibe with friendly staff and great place to watch the games with family and friends. Has a nice patio area. I highly recommend this place. Stop by and give them a try won’t be disappointed

We had a wonderful date night at The district Cafe. The food was so yummy and our waiter was awesome! He answered all of our questions and helped us a lot! I didn’t ask him for his name but the receipt says Stephen so shout out to him for making our night! I highly recommend the Not Burger and the Crispy Not Tacos. Their coconut horchata is worth moving out here for!

Food was not great. I ordered the roughneck breakfast. Apparently 1 uncooked bacon and a questionable sausage patty with overcooked pancakes is what you get. Took a few bites and was done. Waste of money. Will not return. And will not recommend. From pictures I saw in previous reviews I was looking forward to a good breakfast. Not. Even the basic breakfast option offered two bacons but only 1 1/2 was in my fiancé plate. How do you mess up toast and pancakes. Toast was not good. Slab of butter right smack in the middle. I guess spreading it to melt was too much work. This is my (bad) experience.

Very very long wait time for mediocre food.
The waiting area was full with people standing, blocking the bathrooms, kids running around and into people, even though there were a bunch of tables open. The wait time was 25 minutes to seat the two of us. We eventually got our food and they didn’t bring the salsa I ordered. I had to ask three different people for the salsa before I finally got one. Once someone finally brought it, about ten minutes later, they said they wouldn’t charge me. Which they never said it was an additional charge in the first place.
I saw other people have to get their own syrup, silverware, etc. One person waited in line again to ask them for silverware. Which really says something about the service here.
The chilaquiles were ok. The veggies, meat, and sour cream were kindof in clumps and not consistent. Maybe we have to mix it ourselves.
The bakersfield burrito was mediocre. Nothing special.
The salsa macha was ok but it had an overpowering anchovy taste to it. It wasn’t bad but it overpowered the flavor of whatever I was eating with it.
All in all, I will not be returning. I would not recommend this place.
I should have just went to the brunch buffet down the street.

We dined from 4:15-8:15pm on 6/21/25. We were in the patio, it was a perfect night for outdoor dining. Service: our server was ERIC!! Big kudos to him, he was going back and forth with every table he had, he was courteous, knew the menu’s was super nice.. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The other 2 girls on the clock, were not friendly, not attentive, no smiles, were rude to interrupt Eric as he was taking our order. If you come ask for Eric.
Kitchen: chefs one of them was Rafa. So nice when they helped bring our food out. The pork belly sliders.. WOW!!! Order a side of BBQ sauce to dip with the chile de aceite.. yum! Tri-tip nachos did not disappoint! Fish tacos were AMAZING! The batter and fish were seasoned to perfection. The shredded beef tacos were delicious. We each had a few beers and dinner. $30-$40 each.
If you haven’t tried this place.. ur missing out! We will be back! HAPPY HOUR is worth it! Thank you Eric for ur great customer service!

Came here for breakfast 1/19 we got our table quick we got our food fast ..food was good very delicious. BUT……. i was pretty upset i got up to use the restroom and my husband stayed at the table with the rest of the family. we were all done eating except my daughter she eats slow so its taking her a while to finish her food..well while i was standing in line to use the restroom i heard the guy that took our order lean in and tell the people that were waiting to be seated … he said theres table that should be free in a couple minutes ..then he said they are done eating but they just wont leave they already paid they are just there sitting down they wont leave … and im there listening like omg thats rude then he walked to our table and looked around again and came back and told the people .. i dont know what they are waiting for they are just sitting there i skipped using the restroom and told my family lets go. i wanted to say something but im just not that person to speak up. But it did bother me i wont be coming back ..
