First timer…the overall atmosphere is great. The food was good but the service could have been better. I was visiting from Las Vegas and I guess I’m spoiled with host service. I’ll come back next time I’m in town. 1 drink, 1 ginger ale, 2 appetizers was $71 (that included a tip) definitely a lil pricey.

First visit…we were a party of 20, celebrating a birthday. Our waitress “Star” was incredible!! Attentive, friendly…give that young lady a raise!! Food was amazing and signature drinks are very tasty. The music is great just wish the volume was a decibel or two lower, hate having to scream in order to talk. Overall, I will definitely return.

Very mixed experience. British was AMAZING — professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about my experience. If it weren’t for her, this would have been a one-star visit.
Unfortunately, other staff members were rude and unwelcoming. After ordering at the bar, I was told I couldn’t sit at a table, then told I couldn’t sit at the front of the bar either. The attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable, and I was ready to take my food to go.
British stepped in, moved me to a different area, and completely turned the experience around. The difference in her service versus the rest of the staff was night and day.
Great service should be consistent across the board. While I truly appreciated British’s effort, the overall experience was disappointing due to the rude unwelcoming behavior from other staff members.

So disappointed with the food quality of the district. I have visited several times, even had a few birthday celebrations there where I was extremely happy with the food and cocktails served, but that was years ago. We ordered various meals from the menu, the grits were the only item to brag about. Shrimp fried hard, cold French fries, chicken reheated…and now lets look at the decorum of the place. There were so many fingerprints on the glass of the doors, restrooms and seating areas…i thought it was an artistic piece. If you clean your bathroom, dont you wipe down mirrors and clean the door handles? Especially the doors where patrons are entering.

This was my first time going here. Felt like I waddled into a nightclub with the lights and music. We had to wait in the lobby to be seated. The service was a little slow, but the food was excellent. I had the catfish with sweet potato fries, which my son loved. It was pricey, but it would be a great place to take a date. They have live music on Thursdays starting at 7:30 p.m. I will definitely be back.

Came with a large party to celebrate my cousins graduation (Masters). We were split between 2 tables side by side (our choice as we didn’t want the large table on the patio).
The ambiance is hip and real nice. They had a live band which was a nice touch. As others have stated, the music is a bit too loud but the music selection was good.
The food was amazing!!! Everything ordered was top notch, fresh, well seasoned, and flavorful. I was very impressed with the menu options we ordered.
First, the crab cakes are a must have. I ordered one knowing I would want two. It was moist not dry and was a true crab cake, not the ones made with majority filler ingredients… it was so good, I ordered two more. I highly recommend.
I also had the shrimp and grits which were delicious. I ordered mine with grilled shrimp but they do offer fried shrimp for those that prefer it. The grits were creamy, smooth and filling.
My cousin ordered the Killer Cajun Fettuccine with salmon and it was seasoned to perfection. It had the right amount of sauce which I like (been to several places where I’ve had to request more sauce). The portion size was good… there was enough left over to take some home.
We also had the salmon taquitos (unfortunately, I forgot to snap a pic before consuming… they were that good). Additionally, we had drinks. Due to drinking a lot the night before, I chose to keep it light with a strawberry pineapple mimosa which was refreshing. My cousin had a sidecar which was tasty.
The service was good, I didn’t catch our servers name but she did a great job attending to the group. The chef and owner even stopped by the table (my cousin knows them).
Overall I enjoyed my first experience. Would definitely come back if I didn’t live 2hrs away (SD). If I’m ever in the area, I will make it a point to visit again.

Nice vibe. Food delicious. Great staff. My waitress was Tasha. Went on a Saturday after 2pm. Not many people but enough. The music with some videos was playing on TV. It’s just the right vibe to sway you side to side. I enjoyed myself.

British was an amazing bartender! She was always quick with service, super respectful, and went out of her way to be helpful. Even when the bar was busy, she kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude. Her positive energy and professionalism made the experience so much better every time. Definitely one of the best!

The service here is horrible. First we come to the restaurant thinking you have to dress up and are scared we are not going to be let in. However, a lot of people were not dressed up and the server had on jorts and a hoodie. Secondly, we get seated the people are very nice and we order our food. The drinks come out 20 minutes later and they bring us the wrong drinks and the server forgot to put in our order. My moms food comes out first after and hour and I am still waiting. 10 minutes later the server comes and tells me they ran out of the food I ordered an hour ago. Now I’m fusturated and just order fries and butter cake. I’m now waiting 30 minutes fries still haven’t come out and it’s now getting late. No server checking in us or anything. We send back the fries and wait for the butter cake another 30 minutes. This place is ridiculous and needs organizing never coming here again.
