Excellent service, food and over all dining experience. Thank you Joe. Joe answered all our questions and recommended some good dishes. We have the filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus, also the December special: pork chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. We also had dessert! Everything was excellent. We had the Blueberry Lemon Drop Matini and Bourbon on the rocks. He kept our glasses full. Thanks again Joe!

Happy to find this cute spot right in downtown Clearwater near the music venues. Was surprised to find free parking and enjoyed our appetizer, entrees, and dessert. Would definitely go back again. Love ved the blackened chicken Alfredo and District broccoli. Chocolate fondue dessert was tasty too

I went here hoping for a “decent” burger, after reading reviews. I was very disappointed! My burger was not cooked as requested. Meat was 73/27 fat ratio. I can still taste the fat & continue to burp it up! Gross! What redeemed this place, is the employees, scenery & wild life! The host/waiter I had, was hilarious! We definitely agreed on some aesthetics!! If I come back, it would only be for the staff & view

The District Bistro in downtown Clearwater offers a great atmosphere with a warm, modern design and an inviting bar that feels lively yet comfortable. The bartenders and servers were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the evening. The food was flavorful and well presented, with the Ahi Tuna Appetizer standing out for its freshness and the Mac N Cheese Bites adding a satisfying comfort touch. The drinks were equally impressive, with a crisp Dirty Martini and a smooth, well-balanced Whiskey Sour. This is a must-visit spot in downtown Clearwater for good food, great drinks, and a welcoming experience.

So cute inside! Chris was an amazing bartender! We had a little bit of everything- it was all so great! Ate and drank a little of it all.
We had a “Bees Knees” made with a 0% proof gin- so tasty! You can taste the botanicals and juniper of gin, but zero alcohol!
The espresso martini is made with vodka they infuse with whole vanilla beans- so smooth, so delish! Real espresso!
Got the beef tallow fried Truffle French Fries… so savory, lightly truffled, fresh Parmesan… SO GOOD.
The wedge salad was so hearty- definitely thick with toppings… we did substitute for their house made ranch for personal preference, but it still complimented it so well!
The Ahi Tuna was seared perfectly, light toppings gave a freshness, the sauce was savory and perfectly spiced. Large portion for just an appetizer.
Too full for a full entree so we took a banana chocolate cake Togo. Tasted like banana bread and brownies had a baby- so yummy!

Can’t wait to try their burgers if they’re half as good as everything we had! We’ll be back— especially before a show at The Sound!

My husband went for the jalapeño burger again— still amazing!
I tried the Bam Boom salmon bites. They were… okay.
✨ With some extra sauce, I picked out the fish and enjoyed them that way.

We stopped in on a whim and shared the Jalapeño Smash Burger since we weren’t very hungry.
It was delicious—juicy and flavorful.
The sweet mayo wasn’t my favorite, but…
the fries were fresh and clean-tasting.
✅ Overall, I’d definitely recommend this burger!

Newest spot on Cleveland Street in Clearwater, and probably the closest to the music venue.

A wonderful speakeasy, dark wood, bourbon and steak feel to the place. In fact the rear entrance is pure speakeasy as you enter through a closet. The District Bistro is the third offering by the restaurateurs behind Graeme’s Cafe and Olive & Thyme.

The cocktails are masterfully mixed by David and Christopher. They offer a variety of Old-Fashioneds, Negronis, Martinis, Boulevardiers and other classics, all extremely well-balanced and delicious. I have been really enjoying the rum Old-Fashioned, which starts with a base of Zacapas 23, a fantastic rum.

I’ve had the KC Strip and the Delmonico ribeye, both were excellent, as was the wedge, ahi tuna and calamari apps.

The calamari brings me to a really important point about this restaurant – it’s “certified seed oil free!” You won’t be eating anything drenched in palm kernel oil here. They make their own mayo with avocado oil and the fryers are either beef tallow or rice-bran oil. The calamari is done in the latter, which is the basis of tempura cooking. Light, crispy, delicious.

If you’re lucky, you’ll be waited on by James, who has quite the theatrical, Tennessee flair. And they have best hostess on the strip! Check the place out. You’ll be glad you did.

Loved everything about this restaurant. The food was delicious, ambiance was beautiful, staff was great. We had the ahi tuna appetizer, wedge salad, shrimp entree, gorgonzola burger & truffle fries. David, the bartender was awesome & made delicious cocktails. Can’t wait to go back!

My fiancé and I came for lunch and WOW!!! Our server Jason took perfect care of us and walked us through the specials and hot menu items. We got the steak bites, cooked perfectly, with a delicious garlic aioli to start. We also got the smash burger with beef tallow fries, and short rib sandwich topped with melty Gouda. Downtown Clearwater needed another restaurant at this caliber- it is absolutely to die for. A must try stop in downtown Clearwater!!

Dinner was fabulous. Drinks were excellent. The vibe is great. Started with the Ahi Tuna (yum!), the calamari (such a great fry crust – they use rice bran), and the Apple Pecan Salad (delicious) for appetizers. Our main courses were the District Burger done perfectly with beef tallow fries, the KC Strip Steak – also perfectly prepared, and the Portebello Mushroom for our son who is Vegan – all were delicious. Can’t wait to go back!
