The bar was cozy and looked really clean, and the bar tender was so kind but the manager came out to assist and he was an absolutely rude and abrasive person ive ever met. Zero customer service skills. Wouldn’t recomend this place to anyone.
Edit, there is no excuse for being rude and if you cannot control yourself as a manager than you shouldn’t be one.

First time seeing a show here and it was awesome. They were a little late letting us in but after that it was great. I always prefer a small venues over large ones. But this one is well laid out and managed well. I will happily go see another concert here.

Horrible customer service! Showed up almost 4 hours early for a concert expecting to be able to have dinner before the show and we’re turned away and told the bar was full and no one was allowed in even if they had tickets for the concert! I asked how the bar was full 4 hours in advance and she just said “it doesn’t matter you can’t come in here” and turned and walked away. Disgraceful treatment of the public! I will NEVER even attempt to eat here again!

For what it is, it’s pretty good. But i think it could be better for sure. Chicken was pretty dry in my sandwich. Like it was either precooked, frozen, or just old. Asked for a hazy IPA and i think they tapped the wrong keg or didnt double check that it was right, because that beer is far from hazy. Not a big deal, but when you wanna go get a beer after a bad day of work, and it’s not what you wanted, it makes a huge difference. Could get by without coming here again i think.

Great service, early entry to concerts. Was seated in a booth immediately, even though I was alone. The beer is cheap and the pretzel was huge!! If you want to see a show first seats in the house, eat here before hand. Great atmosphere and music too.

The staff were amazing! Very attentive and friendly. Had such a good time we went back for more the following night and they remembered us! Definitely coming back wether an awesome band is in town or we just happen to be downtown. Early entry into the show is also a huge bonus me being on the shorter side. Oh, and the food was great too! Yum!!

Such a fantastic place to hang out and it’s even better now that they are open more often. The new food menu is well priced and delicious and they serve it late night. Pool tables are in great shape and a huge beer selection with a fantastic staff to help you out with anything you need !!
