First time at this particular facility. It did jot disappoint. It is smaller and has limited parking, but thats OK, its worth the hassle. We did their happy hour deal for appetizers and got the dirty fries and pizza rolls. They came out so hot I swear I burned my taste buds off. Not complaining. My kids stated the chili sauce reminded them of weiner schnitzel, I had to correct them and say it was in fact BETTER! I did the cmbuild your own, grilled chicken, beans and fries, to die for. The Girl got a 10 piece and stripped them to the bone, for sure a proud moment. The boy got the burger and continously complimented the waiter and told him that he was and is an amazing cook and loves his food. Hopefully he shared that info with the actual cooks. This is a favorite for us and we will be coming back!

Me and my boyfriend have come here a few times, and we’ve enjoyed the food every single time! Casey is a great server and we love her, on our visit today had to help in the kitchen because our food took a little too long. But everything was amazing and she’s always so friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I stopped by for dinner tonight to try out the bottomless boneless wing special that they offer every Thursday. The wing flavors were quite tasty and there is more than enough variety in flavors to appease any appetite, which is definitely a positive. However, after I first round of wings, it took almost 45 minutes to receive our second round of wings for what was in my mind a good deal. We did manage to get a third round of wings before we decided to just call it quits. Overall, it was a decent experience but the waiting for food made it a bit disappointing to say the least. In any case, at least the variety of wings was quite fun to enjoy. I’ll definitely still try to come again on a different day to try something else from the menu, but I’m not sure if I will do the boneless special again anytime soon.

My evening was fantastic thanks to Casey’s outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, Casey greeted us warmly, walked us through the drink menu, and crafted cocktails that were absolutely perfect. Casey’s recommendations for food were spot on as well everything we tried was delicious. The atmosphere was great, but Casey really made the night special with attentive, friendly service and deep knowledge of both food and drinks. We’ll be back soon, and we’ll be hoping to see Casey again!

Great game day spot. Tons of TVs with all the games on. Our server was great, good drink specials, and numerous menu items unique to western NY /Buffalo area. Tons of great wing flavors, really too many to try in one visit. They were great sized and very flavorful. They also had various specials advertised for other nights of the week. My coworker and i had such a great time here for lunch! We sat at the bar and the bartender Casey took great care of us. I used to be a server so i particularly appreciated her veteran level service. She steered me towards the stawbanero wings and some old bay rubbed hot honey wings based off my taste and it was spot on! She also gave me a great rec for a hazy ipa that i loved. My coworker got the nachos and those were great as well. She anticipated all our needs and was attentive but never felt like she was selling us something just to sell it. Super genuine vibe to the place and staff. Highly reccommend!!!

I go to the Dirty Buffalo on Colley Ave specifically because of Shane. I used to come here all the time in college, moved away, and recently started coming back, and honestly, it’s exactly what I’ve been missing. This location feels like home.
Shane G is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He’s hilarious, brings immaculate vibes, and always makes the experience fun. Even when he isn’t our server, he still checks on the tables, jokes with everyone, and gives amazing recommendations. Seeing him is like running into an old best friend from high school, just pure good energy.
Shoutout also to Amelia, who was our server last time. She was incredibly sweet, intelligent, and super helpful, especially after I made the questionable decision to eat the dumb dumb wings ️ and my friend and I were struggling. Her recommendations were spot on.
Overall, I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The wings are solid, the drinks are great, and the staff truly makes the place. I’ll definitely keep coming back (as usual) and will always request Shane and/or Amelia. Absolute staple spot.
