Great place to eat. Been eating here for about 7 years now. The ladies are really nice. They have really good catfish(catfish special on fridays *whispers* you get a piece of cake with it lol). I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet place to get some home cooking.

It was good food. We had BBQ, hamburgers, and chicken fingers. In the past I’ve had take out pizza from here. The people are very friendly. They’ve been there for a good while… and it’s probably time to redecorate. I bet they have a good breakfast. I’ll have to go back again sometime in the morning. I think we’ll be going back again!

Food is always good. I had the chicken livers which were crunchy but not hard with mashed taters and gravy, pinto beans and fried squash.. He had pork chops in gravy which were tender, home fries, macaroni & cheese and fried okra. We both had soda to drink. Since we ordered off their daily special menu our meals already also came with a piece of cake. A great meal for less than $20..

Cooking staff needs to be trained on menu and what comes with/on a plate. Breakfast for 6 people took 45 minutes to start getting plates and it took 15 minutes from the time the first plate came to the table until all 6 were served and we still never received everything we ordered. Even after we asked for it and the waitress checked for it multiple times. The kitchen staff was blaring music at times which I felt inappropriate. I understand they have not been under new management long, but there is A LOT of confusion. At least at breakfast. Staff was extremely nice as always.
