Jan 14th, 2026 stopped in for breakfast. Quant little diner with friendly staff and great food. Everything came out hot and made just right. There was a bit more butter/oil in the potatoes than I I would have wanted but you couldn’t taste it. I would just order them dry next time. The table next to us had breakfast and catfish and it all looked great also. We love supporting small businesses and this definitely is one to support.

Delicious burger, fries and Macaroni and cheese. Philly cheese steak was also really tasty and had a ton of meat. The owner was so friendly. Our only slight negative was the waitress was not very personable or attentive.

Awesome little place for breakfast. Very friendly staff Sarah was very helpful and respectful describing the menu and telling about specials. Ordered biscuit and gravy side of bacon and eggs. This is must try place my wife and i will definitely come back for dinner sometime. Sarah thank you so very much for an amazing breakfast. Look forward to stopping back in. The coffee is great! Outstanding little diner. First time there and I will return. If you like the Mom and Pop dining experience, this is definitely the best place around. If you like the home cooking experience you will love this place. I’m single and l miss my mother’s home cooking. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant for the polite, professional service that I received. The beans and cornbread were very tasty and they have specials everyday. Also very good prices. When you price meals like they do you can really show your appreciation when you leave the tip. That’s what I did! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Five stars are definitely in order for this restaurant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you just want some good ol down home cooking and nothing fancy, this is your place. The menu consists of many of the familiar standards that you will find at other mom and pop places. The service was super nice and friendly. We didn’t have to wait long, and we were there for lunch. Next time, we won’t get so full and try desert. Thanks, Twisters!

The Ultimate Omelet was delicious, and the fried potatoes also where great. My wife had the Patty Melt and said it was cooked perfect. Don’t let the exterior scare you. I would definatel make a stop next time on on Knoxville area

Update: We got three breakfast to go orders. It was the first time we had done take away from the restaurant. When we got the food home the food had melted the cheap styrofoam containers on all three meals (as seen in picture)
When I called to tell them, I was told that no one had called in about that happening before and asked me to bring the meals back.
I told her that I could send her the pictures but I was not coming all the way back out there, especially when they were just going to put replacement food in cheap Styrofoam containers.
She then told me that she wasn’t going to refund three meals without physically seeing the containers. I had never asked for a refund.
Since they want to treat me like a liar and not take responsibility for their cheapness and possibly chemical poisoning of food from their shoddy takeaway containers. I’m going to just leave this here at the top so people will know not to order to go from here, ever.

This was the first time going to the establishment since Rankin had sold it and I actually enjoyed it more I think.
The food was plentiful and delicious and the service was superb. The price was a bit much. Three Breakfast platters and two drinks came to $40, before tip. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. With that said, I definitely will be going back.

A nice little establishment. The Service was top tier. The food was decent. I enjoyed it. For the price, it could have been better. Still, it is worth stopping by and trying the food.
