First visit here and we will definitely be returning. We had wings and beer battered onion rings for appetizers. They were so good. The onion rings were sweet onions which I personally prefer. The wings were done well and crispy and tender on the inside. For our entrees we had the 45 burger and the tuna melt. They were delicious. The price was reasonable and we sat at the bar. The bartender Sara was friendly and helpful. Thank you all for a great dinner.

Very cool little place. I loved the staff. They were laid back yet throughout and prompt when pacing our needs. The atmosphere was cozy the food was great. I really love that. I really appreciated that they had a salad as a choice, instead of the fries it isn’t up charge but well worth it because it wasn’t just iceberg lettuce. It was fresh mixed green spring mix, and it comes with red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and Pepita’s, which are pumpkin seeds. I like mine simple. I just had the seeds, red onion, and mixed greens. My friend had The Smash, and well I do not say that this is a real Smashburger because I’m still on the hunt for the perfect Smashburger. However, this is their version of a Smashburger and he had it with sweet potato fries. Delicious but I wouldn’t say it’s the best “Smash burger” or if it truly fits the definition of a real “smash burger” what it was, was delicious. He had the Atomic Duck IPA. 16 oz can. I just had a soda and I chose to attack The WidowMaker. It’s two 1/2 pound burgers with cheddar and bacon, I chose to have mine protein style and they did a great job wrapping it. I know that they get messy, so I’m not too fussy about how well it holds together, but they did wrap it which is nice for those of you who don’t like to get messy. I really digged this little spot in Boulder City.

On our trip to Vegas we decided to tour the Hover Dam and on our way back we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat in Boulder City.
We came across The Dillinger, a small but quaint little spot.
We sat at the bar and were greeted by Jacob a solid bartender.
We started with drinks my wife had a vodka tonic and I with a local IPA Atomic Duck. A 5 out of 5 for me. Food choice we had the Dillinger Salad w/ chicken and avocado & Chicken & Pesto on Chibatta bread topped off an order of Onion rings.
Our server Sophia was so nice. She and Jacob gave us recommendations of other great spots to eat locally.
Next time we are back out West in Vegas we will definitely be back!!!!
Both Jacob & Sophia made our own experience pleasurable.

Service was prompt, food was great and prices weren’t too bad! The gangster fries were fantastic. Highly recommend those. I got the baby face Nelson burger. It was greens, baked brie, and fig marmalade on a medium burger. Burger was perfectly cooked and the flavors really complimented each other. I would definitely go back. Wish I was hungry enough to get an appetizer too, because the fricken’ pickles sounded AMAZING!! Thank you for a great experience!!

Magical!!!! Me and my daughter stop by after our visit to Hoover Dam the decided to drive across Boulder City. We had a wonderful time at The Dilliger the food was amazing we had the Pesto chicken ciabatta and the smash with SWEET POTATOE FRIES!!!! WE LOVE IT ♥️

The description of this place says, “Hip, gangster-themed pub…” I don’t really know about that. I was expecting something more than just a pub with a few art pieces of John Dillinger on the walls. I was underwhelmed there.
However, I must say that they have quite the burger menu! I would love to try them all. I was also impressed with their wings. They toss them, and then they grill them afterwards for a pretty good flavor. Kudos to them for that.
As for drinks, my Manhattan was just OK. I think they missed the bitters.
I’d definitely go back and give it another try. I would love to have those wings again and try some of the other burger styles they have. There’s even one of those challenges where if you eat it all in a certain time frame, you get it for free. If I was only 20 years younger.
