Good southern food but the collard greens were a bit on the salty side. The atmosphere and restaurant is excellent and well kept. I had the birria quesarita burger (not a real burger but more of a large birria taco inside hamburger bun) and I would say that I did like the fried cheese inside that burger but there was just too much of it in my opinion, my son had a cheeseburger that was very good, My wife had the seafood gumbo and was also good. We had some tater tots as well that were quite good as well. Everything was served to us hot and quick. The wait staff was very friendly and I’m guessing who was the manager was also very friendly. I love the atmosphere and decor at this restaurant. You should check it out if you’re in the area If you like some unique and good tasting southern food mainly Southern Louisiana style. We’ll be back to try the jambalaya and the spicy chicken sandwich as well as other dishes to include the desserts.

Excellent spot that my partner and I ended up in after a few other dinner ideas fell through.
The food was phenomenal and absolutely felt like the kind of thing you can’t get anywhere else. Anytime an appetizer menu goes beyond simple things you see anywhere, you know you’re in for a good time.
Our waitress was kind and personable, and overall the place had a wonderful vibe for a Saturday night dinner.
Absolutely intending to go back next time I’m in the area.

Monsoon oysters mignonette was extremely spicy which ruined the savoriness of the oysters. Excellent presentation though. 3.5/5
Kool aid pickles I love anything served in a mason jar. Just don’t like my lips burning from spice. 2/5.
Popcorn. Amazing. Super savory cracker jack. 15/5
Dr Pepper Tritip. Main ingredient was salt. That’s the predominant flavor thoughout the dish. Just salt. All you can taste ..0.5/5
Pollinator- Excellent salad. Nothing was wrong with this. My favorite were the blackberries
Watermelon brisket. Meh. Not extraordinary. Not horrible. 2/5
Our waitress was good and polite.

This restaurant is one of best in Tucson. You won’t see white table clothes here but, the chef is a culinary star. We had the Drunken Angel hair pasta and the Dr. pepper marinated Tri Tip. Both were amazing. The price for two with drinks and an appetizer was in the $$$.$$ range but I assure you you will not be disappointed.

Great new restaurant! Unique menu. I had the pig tail, tender and moist, the roasted bone marrow which was full of flavor, the beef tartare savory perfection and the pork belly skewers a spicy bacon delight. The restaurant had a great ambience and the staff very knowledgeable. Overall a great place to eat and enjoy a drink. They serve absinthe!!

After seen so many posts, reviews and menu pictures I had this local restaurant in my to go places list. Well, my husband and I went last night for the first time and we had an amazing experience, Our waitress Virginia took her valuable time to explain the entire menu including beverages and happy hour specials. She was very helpful and she was key for our menu item selections. There was no Pina Colada option in their menu, however, Victoria was determined to make our evening a great one! So, she talked to the bartender and made a special request. Bartender delivered a beautiful presentation of my Pina Colada. ***** Five Stars for them for bringing their A game. My husband ordered half a dozen of Oysters with Caviar and it was delicious and very interesting combination with the caviar but it was a really good choice, he also ordered their DR. PEPPER TRI-TOP and it was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy with a really nice glaze. I ordered their CHILLED LOUSIANA SHRIMP. Both Meals were beautiful in presentation. While we were there my husband also had a small conversation with the owner and he welcomed us to his restaurant. Overall our experience was absolutely perfect. My husband and I are supporting local businesses and will keep visiting more of these places and help them keep their doors open for many many years. The decoration of this restaurant was very interesting and beautiful. Great job to The Delta Tucson!

Great vibe, killer DJ, some of the best decor I’ve seen in a restaurant, and a unique menu that was both playful and delicious! Highly recommend the cherry kool-aid pickles! Also, if they have it, don’t miss the alligator burger – it’s the best I’ve ever had!

After months of waiting, wondering, and refreshing social feeds, The Delta officially welcomed in Tucsonans finally just 3 weeks ago so my bell went off as a place to treat Mom.
For those familiar with The Parish, one of other NW faves, The Delta rocks out similar southern-style dishes inspired by Arizona, Texas, and Louisiana… but they got way more adventurous and foodie-centric.
The three of us ate for twice that but hell, who knows when we’ll be back :). Standouts that you just don’t get normally abounded…
• Oysters two ways – cold smoked and over dry ice, both with smoked trout roe
• Crispy Pigtail Confit – layered in Carolina Gold mustardy vinegary goodness … and habenero pickled peaches
• Huge Roast Bone Marrow with garlic
• Glazed Pork Skewers in a pork rind crunch
• Mesquite smoked bone-in short rib they just slipped out at the table and let us suck on
• Bacon & Rosemary Caramel Popcorn
Finished with not just a donut but a sweet foie gras cream stuffing, chocolate mole glaze, and sesame peanut crunch … wow, just wow… spicy, sweet and savory from the foie.
Plus, there’s ample cocktail prowess too, almost bordering tiki-like in place… with everything done in-house. The “Killer Parties Almost Killed Me” cocktail, which is part house-infused vanilla and ginger rum, dark rum, syrup, Campari, pineapple, and lime. I checked all we had. Nothing disappointed. Even have a solid absinthe selection.
Lastly, service was great and our server (Patrick) knocked it out of the park as our food tour guide. Come visit them soon downtown…
