Decided to try this spot for breakfast, and came back a week later for round two. The veggie omelet was super delicious, the breakfast potatoes were ok, and the sourdough toast was good, too. Fair prices. I also tried their fried green tomatoes on my second visit, which weren’t tasty in my opinion. I still enjoyed breakfast and I’d return again.

Had amazing breakfast tacos. The staff was very friendly. I can see how this place could get very busy, but there was no wait when I came in. Prices are very reasonable. I got the breakfast tacos, and the serving was ample.
Really happy trying this place, it was exceedingly clean and the food was great. We’re going to come back and try their Mexican dinner specials between 2-8.

If you’re looking for a delicious diner, this is the place. Our server Anaa was amazing! She was very friendly and had a great personality. I had the Monte Cristo with home fries, hubby had the chicken and waffles, and the kid had an omelette with hash browns and salsa. We also tried an order of the biscuits and gravy. All of the food was delicious and the sweet tea was made perfectly. We will definitely be back!

I’ve eaten here at least seven times the last two months. At first, I was impressed and enjoyed everything about our visits. The last few times, however, there has been a sharp decline in food quality and service. After our experience tonight, we will not be going back for the following reasons:
The coleslaw used to be flavorful, crisp, and fresh. The last two visits it looks and tastes several days old – runny and soggy.
The servings have gotten smaller. See pictures of coleslaw and fries. The coleslaw was only three tablespoons at the most. I even pointed it out to the server and she just said, yeah. Oddly, the kids meal had more fries. The side of cinnamon apples was also small considering the price.
The bologna sandwich is no longer thick and tender. It is now just two thin slices of meat that are chewy and overdone. Like a leftover old thin slice of ham steak. And the bun was cold.
The ketchup at the table was empty.
The silverware was sticky and dirty.
Our server dropped off the food and disappeared until we were almost done eating, picked up the empty ketchup bottle without saying a word or asking if we needed anything, and then brought the check.
We had to go to the hostess stand to get our own ketchup and silverware since our server wasn’t around.
A cook was running his fingers through his hair while preparing food. I couldn’t see behind the counter, but I wonder if gloves were being worn.
I’m really disappointed the restaurant I have raved about for several months and frequented regularly seems to be declining at all, but especially in such a short time. They appear to be cutting corners and have hired inattentive servers. We will not be going back unfortunately.

The menu changed just a bit since my last stop — reopened under new management. Far less Eclectic, more Delaware by a furlong. Still great vibes and service, now serving comfort food.

Picturesque classic diner, great food, supremely attentive staff. Visited to try it out right after the re-opening, and we’ve kept coming back every week. I keep getting the scrambled eggs and perfectly done bacon combo and the ciabatta french toast, but everyone seems real satisfied with the fluffy omelettes (served with house made salsa), crispy home fries, and perfectly fried & savory country fried steak with gravy! Best coffee I’ve had around town, too. All our servers, namely Annabelle and Abby, have been super friendly and always make you feel welcome and looked after. Love hearing everybody behind the line, too! As someone who works in food service, it’s always a relief to hear a happy team.
Easy drive (or walk!) from Mingo Park, the Fairgrounds, or the Northwest Neighborhoods. Highly recommend!

I have never seen a more depressing eggs Benedict in my life. It should be illegal to cook an egg like this…
French toast was very good.
Bacon is like a 3/10.
I found the lack of any sides to be a final reason to why I won’t be back. The $15 eggs Benedict is just that. No toast, zero sides, nothing. I will go down the road, pay $2 less for a properly cooked egg and it comes with two sides and bread.

Courtney was very attentive and kept the coffee cup full. Food came out quick and the place was clean.
They gave you generous portions. I got the sausage gravy with eggs and hash browns for $11.99. But sadly nothing had any flavor. The gravy was just bland and the potatoes were “Sysco” and they over cooked over easy eggs.
There might be a second visit but I’m not rushing out to take friends and family there.

Checked out the newly opened Delaware Diner located just North of town on US 23. The menu is appealing with many traditional diner food options at a reasonable price. My wife had the Eggs & Corned Beef Hash. I had a Bacon & Cheese Omelet. Both meals were excellent and served by a friendly attentive staff. FYI: This place is bustling and has a high energy vibe, so it can get a little loud at times.
