The service we had left nothing to be desired. Maggie, our server, was great and the atmosphere perfect. If you’re in Chicago, make sure to stop by.
Went for a birthday dinner and they accommodated our requests perfectly. 🙂 Our waitress, Melissa, was knowledgeable and friendly. She consistently checked up on us and made an amazing recommendation for the “HUNG UP ON LYCHEES” cocktail. Our busser was prompt and courteous. A visit to the table by Mr. Samuels is always welcome. 🙂 He genuinely seemed delighted to host us. 🙂
We made the right call in getting croquettes as a starter. We would 100% get a larger order of them to snack on. The salad was lovely.
The hot honey pizza & truffle fries combo was INSANE. We thought it would be smaller, as the menu didn’t list a size, but it was more than enough for us to feel satisfied. 🙂
With this being my 2nd visit to The Dearborn, I’m 100% a customer for life. 🙂
Service good.Pricing high end.The automatic supplemental charge obscured at best.I say add it in to menu pricing.
Decor comfortable, casual, elegant.Don’t let the entry be a turn off.
Parking nearby in premium priced garages.
Overall a great asset in the heart of the theater district.
AWARDED 2.5 YUMS ON A SCALE OF 3.
Food quality is very solid – the fish and chips were crispy and flavorful, and the salad was fresh and well balanced. Service was friendly and professional, even during busy hours, and the overall experience felt smooth and well managed.
A very enjoyable spot with character. Just a bit noisy when crowded, but overall highly recommended.
Nice spot with a classic tavern aesthetic. The waiter was great and attentive, and the drinks were solid. The Manhattan was well done!
The only downside was the wait time for the burrata, which was well over 30 minutes and felt a bit long given how busy it was.
Overall, a great pre- or post-show option downtown, and I’d definitely give it another try.
