Salmon salad was very good but I’d probably pass on the gourmet hot dog – pretty bland and needed browning. Asparagus was well cooked but a little salty. Cool sports bar atmosphere and good service.

Great spot google led us to. They were fairly busy early afternoon last summer when we were making our way through. The waitress was very attentive & helpful in our dining decisions, even recommending a twist on a cocktail I was considering. Everything was delicious, chunky blue cheese dressing, creamy, risotto, fall apart ribs & crunchy asparagus. We pass this way on occasion, we will be sure to pop in again.

Stopped in for a quick bite before heading into Utah and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely friendly and the decor was very relaxing. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. They have a decent sized outdoor seating area as well. “We’re dog friendly if you’re dogs friendly” was something the bartender said when asked about pets. Thought that would be helpful to some!

We came in with a group of 10 and seemed to overwhelm them, cannot really fault much for that. They make spirits, but you cannot get a taste of them? I was actually told they didn’t know how to ring up a straight pour of bourbon, though after asking 3 times they brought me a pour? Food was mixed with the Mac n cheese being near flavorless (looked great, but needs a bolder cheese). The steak was good, well seasoned and cooked. Adult grilled cheese was decent (doesn’t need 3 slices of thick bread), the tomato soup was like a paste, yet tasty. Would go back, but with only a few people. The brews were good, bourbon smooth, but soft on flavor. Old fashioned I thought was great.

Food has always been good here. Got a salad with chicken added for lunch, it was good but quite small. Typically a salad at a restaurant is large enough to get as a meal, but this was more like a small side salad. For $20 I expected more than a side salad with at most 2oz of diced grilled chicken.

Its like watching paint dry.. what service.. little kids could do better. No one asked to refill our water .. food came out cold. And around 30 mins apart.. took about 30 mins to get cup of green chilli. My tater tots came out about 30 mins later. Then we got the cheeseburger and 15 mins later .. staff had time to do couple of shots .. think about your clients first.. then high five each other after a good night ..

Could be so much better. Order was screwed up. Some kid from the kitchen tried. 3 times to bring me the wrong order. At least the fries were good. Won’t be coming back.

Random find on road trip. Brewery AND Distillery! Restaurant was packed, sat at bar and received great service. Food was good. Local beef for burgers and smoked ribs in-house. Excellent Moscow mule in cold mason jar.

Surprisingly good food in such a small town. We had a burger and ribs. The food was on point, and way better than you’d expect in a small town. Ribs were actually smoked and fall off the bone. Fries were even fresh cut, which you don’t see often enough. Honestly thought we’d have to drive out to Breckenridge for a decent restaurant, but after trying this place, I’m glad we didn’t.

The owner John is first class and goes beyond to not disappoint. The service is on point no mater if you are a regular or not. By far my best brewery /distillery experience in Colorado. Come show them some love.
