Amazing food, and significantly more kid friendly then you’d ever think. They had kid menus and even mocktails for the kids or anyone that wanted a liquor type drink but without the alcohol! If you live to drink but for whatever reason prefer to not have alcohol you must try these mocktails! They were amazing, as in I thought they were alcoholic. Definitely would have fooled me. The steak was my favorite and the brussles were a bit sweet but my children loved them. I got a manhattan and the old-fashion cocktails and they did a much beer job on the old fashion so I would like to advise you on going the old-fashion route.

Walked down from our room to see if they were open as there are no hours posted for breakfast. We were the first ones there and they opened at 7: 00. stefany greeted us prompt however our Benedict took 30 minutes and there was no one else there. She never returned to check on us. She was unable to explain to us how the hotel credit worked with the restaurant bill so had to have the manager and he was quite helpful. Benedict with 17.00, a basic cup of coffee we’re about five dollars each. $47 for breakfast without tip. Valet only at $45

Best food I have ever had, Atmosphere was great. Classy place but you can dress casual.
I ordered the ribeye, it melted in my mouth and I am a filet person. A friend ordered the mushroom pasta dish and loved it. I wish I would have thought to take pictures of the food. As a bonus they delivered this fun cotton candy after dinner.

Went to the Dan restaurant due the 1920s theme and the food and service was great. It’s not a real big place but was not packed, which is a good thing. I Will definitely go again. Be prepared for valet as parking can be a little difficult.

The environment of this restaurant/bar is great. The white tie drink was great. Their signature cotton candy drink had great presentation but the drink was definitely lacking flavor. It ended up becoming a sticky mess and just tasted like champagne. The servers were friendly and fast. Not a bad place to check out

Vibes: I went to The Dan on a Thursday night for a first date; it was a great choice! The restaurant is moody, artsy, and quiet enough to have a real conversation.
Side note: I usually keep my phone tucked away on dates; but when he pulled his out to take a pic of his dish, I took the opportunity to take one of mine (I waited until he went to the restroom to take a quick video. ha)!
Food: I ordered the Chicken Francese; it was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. I enjoyed it very much! For my drink, I went with the Green Door. I love anything with ginger, and this cocktail really hit the spot! The pink cotton candy at the end was a nice finishing touch!
So, if you’re wondering, the date didn’t lead to a happily ever after, but I’ll definitely be back to The Dan to check out their Happy Hour!

Great experience at the Dan last night! I was very impressed by the interior and decor of both the restaurant and the hotel it’s located in, with a Roaring Twenties/jazz lounge-inspired decor. The cocktails were fun and delicious, and our waiter was great about explaining what drinks suited our specific tastes. The champagne cocktail with cotton candy especially was fun and interactive! My favorite item we ordered was the hummus trio, complete with red pepper, beet, and traditional hummus with plenty of veggies, pita bread, and sweet potato lavash for dipping. The oysters were fresh and delicious too. For our entrees, the Sunshine Shrimp Salad was light and refreshing for the hot summer day, and the branzino was perfectly tender and flaky inside with a nice crispy skin. This is the perfect downtown spot for a great dinner or cocktails with friends!

The staff was amazing this morning for breakfast. I walked in never been here before and the vibe was telling me to relax you’re going to be taken care of, whatever is going on outside, don’t worry, this place has a story to tell too. Very comfortable, quiet, but also big enough to enjoy good conversation. I went by myself wanting a bite to eat before an appointment and just overall really enjoyed everything.

The food here is good and came out hot, and our server was professional and communicative regarding kitchen delays. That is where the positives end. The management of this place is failing on basic operations.
The Host: The person running the front door during a busy rush was completely unsuited for the role. He was abrasive, refused to smile, and literally slammed menus onto our table. While it was clear this employee faces personal challenges, it is management’s fault for placing him in a high-stress, forward-facing position he evidently cannot handle. You set him up to fail and made the guests uncomfortable immediately.
The Valet: This is borderline a scam. I paid the mandatory $10 upon arrival. When leaving, the valet demanded payment again. Because they don’t issue receipts or proof of payment, I had to argue that I’d already paid. I watched him do the exact same thing to another customer. Get a real system or stop charging people twice.
The Atmosphere: Live music was advertised for 6 PM. It didn’t start until 7 PM as we were leaving.
Come here if you want good food, but be prepared to fight the valet and get attitude at the door.
No cotton candy. What happened?

The restaurant is gorgeous with a 1920’s era theme, and the cocktails match the atmosphere. My favorite was the champagne cocktail that came with a fun cotton candy garnish. The star of the evening wasn’t only the live performance, but the branzino! It was perfectly crisp and packed so much flavor! This performance was a one nigjt inly event but stayed tuned for more local singers stopping in soon!
