The atmosphere was great, with a charming ‘dive bar’ vibe, despite being in the upscale town of Geneva. We ordered a couple of drinks and sampled a few appetizers. The food surpassed expectations for bar fare—my wife enjoyed the pulled pork sliders, while I had the chicken tenders and coconut shrimp. All three dishes hit the spot. The service was quick and attentive. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking out Dam Bar.

We came here for lunch and let me just say this place is underrated. Great food, kind service, and reasonable prices. They also had a very clean bathroom when I went in to wash my hands. TVs had multiple sports on, which is nice.
I had the Reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. A good hefty amount of meat and well prepared sauces.
Coworkers had tried a wrap, a burger, and fried shrimp and they all loved it too!

I LOVE the Friday Fish Fry, but they’ve got enough menu options for everyone to enjoy a meal. The fresh fish, awesome wings, burgers, and rib-eye steak sandwich are all delicious. Pair any meal with the beer or drink of your choice, catch a game on one of their multiple TVs and you’ve got a nice evening! Be sure to say hey to Natalie and Archie, they’re two of the best bartenders you’ll meet.

Got a couple drinks here with family. I enjoyed the Cheech and Chong THC beverage, but that was the only thing I enjoyed. The atmosphere is what you can expect from a small bar, but the service was abysmal. I will not be returning here. My server was not kind, and even when spilling a drink when bringing an order to our table, did not apologize or bring a towel to help clean it up. She watched as a couple of us used napkins to clean the table off.

Gerald took Joshman and me to The Dam Bar & Grill for a much needed meal after I got back home from Mexico , and wow, the food and service was just as good as the first time.
I couldn’t resist ordering their famous French onion soup. The soup was loaded with cheesy goodness and perfectly caramelized onions, making every bite pure comfort. The coconut shrimp were massive, crispy, and absolutely delicious.
Pickle fries are a fun, tangy treat and the tuna salad are made in a way the chefs at The Dam Bar & Grill can only accomplish.
The portions were generous, the flavors were on point, and the atmosphere was chill and vibing. Whether you’re in the mood for classic comfort food or something with a twist, this spot has it all.
I’ll definitely be back for another round of that amazing French onion soup!

This spot has more of a dive bar vibe. The atmosphere was decent, and they played some good music. We ordered a couple of beers, which were fine.
Service wasn’t great. The bartender/waitress seemed rushed and not very friendly. She looked annoyed when we asked for simple burger changes (just subbing a couple things and adding cheese/avocado). She also forgot to ask about sides and spilled my beer while setting it down.
The biggest letdown was the food. The burger was bland, undercooked, and had no seasoning or char. On top of that, both my boyfriend and I ended up with stomach aches and bloating afterward. I didn’t even finish half of my burger — he ate the rest, and we both regretted it.
Overall, maybe fine for grabbing a beer and listening to music, but definitely not somewhere I’d recommend for food.

We sat outside with our baby and the weather was perfect! Our server, Allison, was friendly and efficient! She made sure we were taken care of and still had friendly conversation in the meantime.
I got the blackened chicken sandwich as a burger and subbed swiss cheese. It was SO fresh and yummy! The burger was thick, cooked and seasoned to perfection. I had sweet potato fries and they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
My hubby got the “Geneva Burger” and we were both surprised with how good it tasted with olives! We have a new favorite burger topping! His was also fresh and cooked to perfection.
We will 100% return!

Another great restaurant in Geneva. Just off the river with plenty of parking in the area. This is not a place to get a salad. Get one of their burger specialities. I had the “Dam” beaver burger. It was super tasty.
