Okay, it’s a Dive Bar however the overall atmosphere of this place mixed with the locals make it a must go establishment… We were pleasantly surprised and interesting awe of how easily we were accepted into the group as a whole. Very easy to feel like we fit in… Probably one of the most relaxed atmospheres I have been in… And while not all in the healthiest of food categories, everything we had was excellent… GREAT COLESLAW!

My burger was great. My sliced potatoes were not exciting. Service was good but but that real feel good friendly. A place to play games and karaoke and other fun evening events, bands on Saturdays occasionally. For locals and those that want a small town feel, this is the place. Definitely worth stopping by. Once dog friendly but not so much now. That’s a bummer. The lake view is wonderful.

The best service in Sweet Home. Ample parking. Right by the RV park as well, across from the lake. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. Lots of seating. They have a beautiful and very large sunroom. Music is loud and good. It’s quieter in the sunroom. Bathroom is very clean and smells nice. Atmosphere is laid back. Everyone’s minding their business, just having a good time. We have our large group come in once a month. Perfect place for meetings or karaoke! Thank you, Jeri and Dam Bar!!!

Menu is misleading on appetizers and probably the rest as well, the first item is a sampler platter for $12 which implies little bit of everything but then below are categories $11,10,8 and ect. and each have a list underneath them implying that you get different variety’s and amounts but not so you get to pick one item so I got $8 dp fried mushrooms. I got 8 tiny mushroom that were the size of a nickel and were mostly breading “total rip off” which is very sad for such a nice place and atmosphere…..do your self a favor go somewhere else!

Had a burger and stayed for karaoke. The burger was really good. Waitress was pleasant, she was the only one serving so it was slow. Karaoke set up is strange (stage is partly enclosed from the main floor and has screen at an angle). If you like the redneck bar scene, then go after 9 pm on Friday you can’t hear the music or singer and it turns into a country dive bar at that point.

We had heard this place was really good but after our experience we feel differently. Two of us ordered chicken strips and fries and the other person wanted a bacon burger but there wasn’t one in the menu. The lady assured him that he could add bacon to any burger for an additional charge. We waited quite a while for our food and when we got it it was extremely hot. The chicken was hard and very hard to eat. The man who ordered the burger with bacon discovered there was not any bacon in the burger and the patties in the burger weren’t even half the size of the hamburger bun. So we told the waitress when she asked how everything was that the fries were burnt and the chicken was tough and that there was no bacon on the burger. She apologized and went and got the manager. This lady came out to us and was visibly angry from the start. She explained that the chicken was barely cooked up to the specifications to keep us safe from bacteria. The chicken was so hot that it took 5 min to cool off before we could eat it. Also the waitress had forgotten to add bacon when she put the order in. The manager apologized with disgust in her tone and then proceeded to literally snatch our food baskets right out from under us saying “Fine!!” “We will comp your food!” She was visibly angry and was the rudest manager I’ve have ever had the displeasure to meet. Complete disrespect and just seething with anger and spite!! Worst experience of my whole life! I’ve never been treated like that anywhere!! We will never ever step foot in that damn place again.

Wish I could have tasted the food. Here is what happened tonight.
We admittedly ordered a very large order as we are camping near by. After waiting an hour we decided to check on our food and we were told it’d be out in ten minutes. After they bring out the food we realized it was only half the order. We requested to cancel what they had not made since it had already been over an hour. The owner then starts passing out our food as “free food” to the bar patrons. Yelling at us saying “we’re just a bar not a restaurant” wouldn’t give us our food. If you could not handle the order you should have not accepted it!!! Terrible customer service. Terrible human being owner. Don’t order food here!!
