This place is a staple for quality and service. The bar experience is fantastic with service that is precision with anything ordered. The “Cut” Burger is worth every penny and it is one fantastic joy to devour. Highly recommend this if you are a foodie connoisseur. Explore the Menu and order a Woodford Smoked Old Fashion!

Fantastic food and great happy hour options! Came here for my mom’s birthday and it did not disappoint. Although the burger sounds simple, it was perfectly cooked and super juicy! Also highly recommend the edamame and poutine on the happy hour menu. Can’t beat $5 beers and $7 cocktails, either!

The Chilean sea bass and crispy pork belly plates were also very tasty, complex and cooked extremely well! The service and atmosphere were also spot on.

Would definitely come back any day of the week! Ask for Kelly — she was fantastic and so sweet :).

The Cut was outstanding! The service was second to none.

Our food came out fresh, flavorful and, honestly, for $38 bucks the ribeye tasted like it was worth double that, cooked to perfection. You have to try the Bananas’ Foster French Toast…it was addicting. The pancakes were as well. To top it off, we had the Sticky Date Pudding (a very moist cake) with their ice cream and we were in heaven!

The owner was gracious and stopped by to check on us to ensure everything was okay. He also explained their farm to table philosophy which was impressive. This is definitely at the top of our favorites’ list!

We recently visited The Cut and decided to try their much-raved-about $40 burger. While the burger was clean and well-crafted, allowing the high-quality ingredients to truly shine, I wouldn’t go as far as calling it the best burger I’ve ever had. Even though they politely ask not to modify the burger or add condiments, I couldn’t resist dipping it in their ranch sauce — and it complemented it perfectly. The ranch was incredibly creamy and savory, making it an excellent addition.

For sides, we opted for tater tots, and I’m so glad we took our server’s suggestion to add Parmesan. It was an excellent choice! Each tot was crispy on the outside while remaining moist and soft on the inside — simply delicious.

But the real star of the meal was the Sticky Date Pudding. This house-made treat, butterscotch, vanilla toffee gelato, was probably the best dessert we’ve ever had. It was an unforgettable experience that rounded out the meal perfectly.

The restaurant itself has a minimalist design, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere — ideal for a special occasion. We left feeling thoroughly satisfied and would definitely visit again.

Will return many times! Very good burgers, great service, had a good time on Saturday. Want to try other things on the menu. Finally a place nearby with grass fed beef burgers.

We decided to walk around the mall, got hungry, and decided to try this restaurant out. OpenTable saved the day as I was able to secure a table for our party just mere minutes before the throngs of people started arriving. This is a modern eatery with a limited menu (intentional) and it works. The servers were friendly and helpful. The food was also good. Arrived quickly and at the most optimal temps. The best thing we ate here? The warm butter cake topped with a raspberry coulis and vanilla bean ice cream, so make sure you leave some room for it!

We didn’t know what to expect walking into the doors of this fine establishment, Delicious is an understatement. We had an excellent experience!!! The staff and the owner Steve were friendly and very hospitable with great customer service, our server was Olivia and she was amazing. The menu is simple with variety of options. I ordered The CUT Burger and added a bone marrow and it was delicious also the black truffle Mac & Cheese is a must try. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in a fine dining experience!!!

My sister and I have been to this restaurant plenty of times, and apparently they’ve had some staffing changes. When we came in today, and asked to be moved to a different seat to where the bathroom wasn’t smelling as much, the waitress (shorter woman with long dark hair, black pants and a green sleeveless shirt) moved us to a table that was still right next to the restroom. In addition, she seemed pretty rushed and dismissive of our request to be moved the first time, so my sister and I decided to just get up and we were about to leave. I then decided we should ask if there was a reason why we couldn’t sit on the other side of the restaurant. She stated the reason was because they had other reservations coming in, which seemed plausible given that this was brunch service on a Sunday. However, I did not like the fact that when she saw my sister and I getting up to leave, she went over to another waitress and began to gossip about us and they both began to look back in our direction. This was inappropriate unprofessional, which is why I changed my mind and decided I was going to ask about seating once more. Another issue, I have with her comment about there being reservations is the fact that we were seated at a table right by the entrance (not sure why she didn’t do this in the first place), and I heard as individuals were coming in that they did not have reservations, however, they were seated in areas that we requested to be seated in. Overall, this wasn’t a very good experience, especially given the fact that we’ve been here many of times, and other staff have been a bit more professional and courteous. While we haven’t had an issue with seating before, we have come to this restaurant during brunch service and have requested a change in table, and it was accommodated without the unprofessional gossiping with coworkers and making patrons feel uncomfortable.

Update:
So while we were sitting down eating, she sat two additional tables in the area that we requested, and neither of them had reservations either. I’m not sure what the reason was that she could not accommodate us, but it clearly wasn’t a reservation issue as she previously mentioned. Because of this blatant discrimination, I have now updated my review to be a one star review. This is not a place we will return to until they improve with their customer service, or at the very least to get her out of here.

Super friendly staff. I sat at the bar, they were awesome. The Cut burger was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. It all went to fast. Pleasant surprise to find Uncle Nearest on the shelf. I’d come back here tomorrow if I wasn’t passing through.

We came during its soft opening. Based in Victoria Gardens, we were attracted by its ambience while walking by. It has both indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar area. Parking is easy as there’s plenty of parking garages as well as parking lots and street parking.

All the appetizers on the menu sounded delicious and we went with the bone marrow toast. While it tasted like most others we’ve had, the toast with the caramelized onions and the pickled onions added a different taste combination which was pleasant.

My wife got the banh mi, which had excellent meat and good amount of vegetables. I got The Cut burger, which is their 60-day dry aged rib eye patty with 2-year aged white cheddar. This I would definitely say was the star of the meal. Not only could you taste the meat quality, but also the juiciness of the burger was apparent. And yet, I think the best part of the burger might have been the white cheddar. Not only did the cheese enhance the funk of the dry aged burger but if you’re lucky you also got a little bit of the cheese lace from the flat top. It’s not cheap ($40) but well worth its price.

We ended our meal with a delightful sticky date pudding, which was not too sweet and was quite delicious. They do not have their liqueur license yet but given the quality of their mocktails I have a feeling their drinks are going to be high quality. Overall, a very nice restaurant that we will definitely come back for more.
