Went here for the first time today, it’s okay. The place is cramped. Ordering is a little confusing, I would suggest some instructions specifically on drinks, milks, and sweeteners, and sizes. I would also say it is a bit overpriced. I don’t mind paying a good price for drinks, but I noticed some of the brands being used in the back and the bread that seemed to be used for the sandwiches looked like regular white bread. I don’t see the prices being fair for that quality. Service was okay, they were polite, but not very welcoming or friendly… felt transactional. Except for the Asian woman that seemed a little older than the rest of the kids in there, she was friendly and all she got me was a to go box but she had a welcoming vibe. I went with my 8 year old brother. We looked up the menu online because I found it easier to look at the categories than what they had on the chalkboards. I was trying to see the exact ingredients for some things on the menu, that would also be nice to have. We switched drinks because his was not sweet, and also a larger size than I expected. We ended up sitting outside because the inside felt overwhelming. The tables were so close to the others the guys sitting next to us were kind of loud, I could tell my brother was a little uncomfortable. We left as soon as he finished his food. The place wasn’t bad, but probably not somewhere we’ll go back to.

I occasionally get coffee or ice teas from here whenever I’m in the area. So when I was in the area again i got their iced matcha but I personally like a strong matcha and I asked the barista if I can get extra and don’t mind paying for the up charge.
Do not get their matcha. I should’ve asked for a refund or asked to get something else but. There is no way THIS was extra matcha. I’m not sure if their powder is ceremonial but this is not the color I was expecting and it tasted like straight up milk with a HInt of matcha
But I do recommend their ice teas and their coffee, it’s worth the drive for their coffee just not their matcha

The ube latte and matcha latte are my absolute favorites, as well as the pineapple fritter muffin. I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years, and I always enjoy my visit! I need to go check out the new location soon!

The ambiance was nice and the staff were sweet. I got a matcha pandan latte and I was sorely disappointed. It tasted like milk, no pandan or matcha taste at all. Seems like others in the comments felt the same way. My friend got a pandan latte and she liked it a lot. I recommend sticking to their coffee series.

Homemade syrups,quality pastries, GREAT espresso and lattes, a lot of care was taken to package my pastries to-go, they even remade my drink when it was accidentally put on ice rather than made hot, such a great spot. Will be back when on this side of town. REALLY cool lids also.

I absolutely loved Cuppo, I would tell everyone that would listen to try it. I decided to grab a couple of drinks before work. I placed the order at 701 am. It took me 25 min to get there. I had ordered an iced Vietnamese, iced ube and a hot white mocha. I arrived and they said they were working on my drinks. There was one person in front of me. Please tell me why I sat for 15 min. I finally got my drinks at 740, 39 min after it was placed. The workers didn’t seem to know what was going on and didn’t seem to be in any hurry. I grabbed my drinks and left, when I finally made home I tasted my Vietnamese coffee and had to throw it away. The ube latte didn’t taste like it had any coffee and the white mocha was also thrown away. I hope this was just a fluke. I don’t know if they are busy with the new location but they will lose customers if it remains this way. I will def give it another try and hope it was just an off day. I was just telling a coffee owner when he raved about his Vietnamese coffee that his was good but no one compared to Cuppo so hopefully it was just a one time thing.

So I saw this place on tik tok so o decided to give it a try! Came with some friends and we ordered pastries and pandan matchas. In all honesty, one of the worst matchas I’ve tried!!!! Tasted like pure milk and the matcha was CHUNKY. I don’t know who they have making drinks but that is not how a matcha should taste or look. Definitely won’t be back.

Their sandwiches are great too—try the turkey bagel with cream cheese, avocado toast, or even a classic PB&J. Everything is reasonably priced, which makes it even better.
There’s usually a line, but it moves fast. Plenty of parking and indoor seating make it an easy, cozy stop.
Tips: Go mid-morning to avoid the rush. Ask for light ice if you want a stronger iced coffee.
