Great service, lovely atmosphere, but was just not impressed by the food. The apps of calamari and loaded chips were good and better than the entrees. I had the eggplant meatballs years ago and remembered liking them, but this time they were just bland and underwhelming. The sauce and veg meatballs made the Naan all soggy and unable to be eaten by hand. My wife had some pasta dish and was not impressed. The abbraccio was good, but the white I tasted wasn’t. I get it, you go to Gervasi for the environment and may pay the higher price point for it, but the food at the crush house isn’t great. However, once I factor in the good service and decent environment, this is a 3 out of 5 star establishment.

We had a dinner reservation at the bistro but wanted to get a drink and some light fare ahead of time so we decided to leave a little early and check out the crush house. Wonderful spot! Some TVs if you’re looking to casually watch a sporting event , more laid back environment but same great food and beverage offerings. The service is truly the gold standard. Our server Nate went above and beyond. He made us feel extremely well taken care of and valued as customers. Note- they do not take reservations and there is limited seating so be prepared to get there a little early or be patient.

We went here today 7/26/24 for my niece’s Bachelorette dinner. The atmosphere was awesome. We didn’t have to wait long for a table. And our server tonight was awesome. I don’t remember his name, but we had a pregnant lady with us that he went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable. The food was fabulous. Definitely recommend it. I had the pasta bowl and the provolone cheese sticks.

Gervasi Vineyards is gorgeous! We originally intended on going to the bistro for dinner but they were booked pretty solid so we went to the Crush House & it did not disappoint! The ambiance is lovely and the staff could not be more sweet and helpful. The food is so good and the portions are huge so the prices are more than fair. My steak was cooked perfectly and it was a really good cut of meat. You can tell they put a lot of effort into the little details. We also decided on dessert and landed on the butter beer frozen treat and the blackberry peach crumble frozen treat both were exceptional ✨ (but again huge portions, so come with an appetite)

Food was very good, service was thorough and extremely polite! Our waiter mentioned it was his first day so shoutout to him. He did a phenomenal job answering all of our questions given it was our first time being here. We got the chocolate tiramisu martini, a glass of red wine and the “New Fashioned” for our drinks. They were all quite strong. As entrees, we got the roasted scallops & shrimp linguine (as pictured), both very good. We also got the pita bread appetizer which was also very good. No complaints. The atmosphere was beautiful. This was my first time visiting Gervasi and I will definitely be coming back!

Hubs and I took a couple of days for our 10th anniversary celebration, The Crush House was our first evening.

They don’t take reservations, but we were seated immediately. Marta was our server and she was excellent.

Starting with drinks – since it’s a winery I did a red tasting of Velluto, Truscano and Nebbiolo (choosing a glass of the Truscano with my meal) and hubs had the Piove (Riesling). All were excellent, next time will purchase a couple of bottles to take home.

Started our dinner with the deviled egg appetizer – the Gorgonzola was a good addition. Hubs had the simple salad and I had Italian wedding soup. Salad was crispy and cold, soup was quite good.
For entrees hubs chose the grilled chicken margherita and I had the grilled pork chops. Should mention that I had trouble narrowing down my entree and Marta provided details on how my final 3 were prepared and asked questions about what I like. Glad I listened to her, the pork chops were excellent, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned. Husband felt the same way about his entree. For dessert we chose the tiramisu and chocolate truffle torte. Like everything else, they were delicious.

Waitstaff was excellent – Marta is clearly familiar with the wines as well as the dining menu. She was attentive without being overbearing.

The building is lovely – rather than one huge room it’s comprised of several smaller rooms on 2 levels as well as outdoor dining. Layout allows for views of the winery. Lighting is lovely, noise level was such that we were able to easily carry on a conversation at our table without hearing conversations around us.

Visited The Crush House last weekend with a group of girlfriends and really enjoyed it! The place was pretty busy so we had to wait a bit for a table, but it was definitely worth it. Our server, Lisa, and the young lady working with her were so friendly, polite, and helpful with recommendations. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and the desserts were amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved the food and atmosphere. Our waiter was great. I did order the soup and salad first. Great start to my dinner. Then I ordered the turkey wrap. Id say it gets a 10 for presentation but it was very salty. The manager came over very quickly and said they would prepare something else. So I went with the burger. Oh my land was that burger good!! So if you’re thinking chips or coleslaw, id skip those. But go for the blondie dessert. It was fabulous. I had the best meal and experience. Highly recommend!

What an amazing wine bar! The atmosphere is “warm industrial” and it works. The wine list (see photos) is extensive and exclusive to Gervasi wines. They also have a great list of available cocktails. The menu includes appetizers, entrees and pasta dishes. We had the loaded pita chips – so good! Thank you to our server Addie for the friendly service! She was a delight! When ordering a flight, ask for crackers – the wine is significantly better with food on the palate!
