wow! what a great experience at the crumb factory. i was able to get a sourdough breakfast sandwich and a everything about it was delicious. the bread was perfectly buttered and crispy (but not too crispy that it rips up the top of your mouth lol), the eggs were perfectly soft scrambled, and the ham was delectable. in addition, i also got their pumpkin spice loaf which was genuinely the most perfectly moist baked good i’ve ever had. and the pumpkin spice flavor was exceptional!!! i also got a maple brown sugar coffee—it was a little too sweet for me but that’s personal preference. the coffee itself was super smooth. overall, a great experience at the crumb factory!!

Amazing bakery, coffee shop, and small bites spot. The dulce de leche cruffin was incredibly flaky and absolutely delicious, and the sourdough bread was excellent. Plenty of indoor seating and easy parking make it an even better stop.

From the moment you enter, the atmosphere feels comfortable, modern, and informal. The staff is attentive and efficient, but the real highlight is the food (panini with olive oil, mozzarella, tomato, and basil), which is crispy and delicious. Definitely worth a return visit.

I met a business contact here for breakfast. I had never hear of them. Amazing selection of really interesting bakery and sandwich items. Everything tasted so fresh with over the top flavor.
They double down on their in-house made croissant dough in really interesting dishes like quiche and filled croissant muffins. The potions are sizable. I ended up taking half of mine to go with me.
Seating can be limited when they are busy, but it was worth the trip from Tampa just to come here.
I will definitely be back!

We ordered the Baker’s Scrambled Eggs and Factory Poached Eggs, along with cappuccinos. The eggs were delicious, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. However, we found the cappuccinos to be quite small and much stronger than expected for a traditional cappuccino.
The bakery offers a wide selection of desserts and sourdough options, all of which looked incredibly fresh and delicious. Parking is available but can be limited if the place is busy. Great food and service. Two great drip coffee selections and custom coffees were excellent. Dining room attendant was attentive and kept everything clean. Food preparation and presentation was excellent. Pastries were fresh. Worth a drive to eat at!!

This is one of my favourite cafes in Florida! We drove from Miami to St Pete’s for the weekend. I was looking for a family friendly cafe that catered to my kiddos taste buds. My kiddos loved the croissants! We had the sourdough and eggs served on a cast iron – it was deliciously good however a lil on the salty side. The cafe had a nice ambience with a few attractive artworks on display and jewellery available for purchase.
